Trusted but confirmed on Feb. 3rd with an MRI a Baker's Cyst/Sprain needed to be addressed. Dr. Taylor encouraged continued treatments & my condition worsened. If you want fake, fraudulent & for profit mentality with disregard to what's best for your health you found your place. Also office manager (Juliette) did not process claims. Tried to resolve & no call backs. Pending resolution since 1/21/25. Even went into the office to confirm correct information is on file. No corrective action has been taken. read more

James Palmer, DC, is not a doctor to be trusted. He initially gives you a first visit of $45. Then, your second visit, after your treatment, he wants $2400 of cash upfront. This is for 24 visits. Plus the additional payment of your insurance company as well. This is terribly unethical and you are locked in to pay for second visit, which in my case, was $140 plus insurance portion. He possesses no integrity in disclosing his charges up front. You will be blindsided. Beware! read more

I made the reduced price appointment to try the new sound wave therapy on my knees. They took xrays of me from my knees up, which I found very confusing. Then they gave me several treatments that had not been discussed with me and I was not expecting. Finally got my knees done. Then when I was at the desk, they said that I had to schedule another follow up appointment. I again was confused and the receptionist said that the doctor would go over treatment plans with me. So I scheduled and went in. They immediately tried to get me into a treatment room to stretch my back. I told them that I was not there for any additional treatments and could she please check on why I was being asked to do the back stretch. She said that the "doctor" wanted that done. Finally I talked to him and didn't sign up for anything. When I went back to receptionist desk, and she tried to sign me up and I refused, she got cold and told me that I owed 275.00 for my visit that day. I said that I didn't ask for any treatment that day, but she said that I had the treatment and that is what I owed UNLESS I signed up for the 2400.00 program. I just felt scammed and angry. Do not go here if you are at all wanting to protect yourself from covid. None of the staff wear masks and when asked if they do, the receptionist will respond VERY rudely "yours is protecting you, right?" I lean conservative on the issue of masks, but if someone feels more comfortable with a mask at a health related appointment, especially being a person with auto-immune problems, there is no reason to be rude. My daughter and I are both regulars, and Dr. Taylor's sports background means he really understands the passion that makes my daughter work through injuries and keeps her healthy through professional level dance training even with scoliosis. Amazing place and staff! I had never been to a chiropractor before and was so skeptical. Yes, I did get the pleasure to work with him for a couple of years. Here's a story from when I first started with him and take in consideration I didn't know a thing about chiropractic except they pop your neck and back. I got an odd lump behind my ear that appeared with pain while I was driving to Amarillo for the weekend. I researched like every millennial on Google and signs pointed to multiple cancer, tumor results. Family and all the nurses I knew at the time all did the same thing and ended with tears. Not one mentioned chiropractic. Returned to the office, with the nervous-ness(due to google-cancer related), I asked him about it. He immediately examined and gave me a few adjustments and immediately the bump was gone. It happened to be my C4-5 out of place! Who would've thought your cervical spine can move and appear visible! If I went to the ER, how many X-rays and blood test would've been ran before they admit it was my cervical spine out of place or even a I don't know but here are some pain relievers until we find out?
