Great place !! I have suffered from planters fasciitis for the last 4 years. Dr recommended physical therapy and tried a few cortisone shots. I did home exercises and what was suggested. I still was not able to heal it or make it feel any better. Eventually since not getting better I asked dr about surgery and the what they recommended. Saying they would trim the planters facsitis to release pressure and even more work on my calf for it hurting said recovery would be very long. Not able to say exactly. So I decided to just deal w the pain. Then I came across Airrosti ad on Facebook. I figured to try. I signed up and got a call back that day to make an appointment. Quick and easy paperwork. Once went in it was great communication w what was wrong. Then did little work w diagnosis and felt could really help w my foot. 2nd appointment did therapy/ deep tissue massage. Nothing but good things to say about Airrosti! Dr. Wheeler helped relieve nagging hip flexor (psoas) tendon pain with hands-on myofascial release. I could sense immediate improvement after his very first treatment, and only required two in total. He talked me through the myofascial release, helped me understand the underlying muscle pathology, and took the time to help diagnose and ultimately TREAT the issue that was keeping me from running. Roxane's physical therapy routine helped significantly - the home exercise plan that she provided is straightforward. I had an amazing experience with Airrosti. I was disappointed that my chiropractor was not helping and new i needed to try something new. I am a 19 year old athlete and my volleyball coach recommended me to see her Dr. Wheeler. Literally the kindest and most honest person to his patients. He talked me through everything and even educated me on what is going on with my back. He located the issue and 3 appointments later it was completely gone. My back feels brand new again. Now a huge part of his treatment is homework. He releases the facia but it is up to you to continue expanding it at home. Incredibly glad I masked up and went in for treatment with Dr. Wheeler. I had a strange hip snapping that wasn't painful, but worrisome and annoying. In three visits the snapping was barely there and not causing any wear and tear. Dr. Wheeler identified the area of weakness and how to quickly strengthen and lengthen where needed. I was especially impressed on my last visit when I asked for a few shoulder stretches to balance all the lower body work (and load it was putting on my shoulders doing the foam roller). PT Roxane provided several deep stretches that were new to me and let me know they were happy to send additional exercises in the future. I went to see Dr. Wheeler after having chronic back/rib pain for a couple months. He was able to provide instant pain relief by the end of the first treatment (which included deep tissue manipulation and an adjustment). I have since been to see him for one other treatment and I am happy to report that I feel about 90% better. As long as I follow through with the physical therapy exercises and ice after treatment I am virtually pain free. I am scheduled for two more appointments but feel confident at this point that he will get me back to feeling like my old self by the end of my 4th appointment. I came into my first appointment here defeated from a TMJ issue that was gradually getting worse for the last year and a half. My mouth was completely stuck shut in my first appointment. I started going to Dr. Wheeler with 8/10 lower back pain. I have been that way for years. I gave up running and raquetball and found it very difficult to exercise with crippling pain the next day. After 6 sessions I am completely pain free, and I have a program of exercises and stretches to do at home that will keep me that way. After working with two different Physical Therapists over 2.5 months and consulting a Surgeon with no results , Dr Wheeler was able to identify the problem and fix a groin injury in two weeks for my teenage son who is a very active athlete . Dr. Wheeler and staff are hands down the best place to go for injuries from minor to major. My son had been a patient for ankle injuries and I recently saw Dr. Wheeler for what I thought was the beginning stages of carpal tunnel. Turns out it wasn't, but I underwent three treatments of deep muscle massage and post therapy and my hand/wrist area greatly improved. Roxanne provided me with at home exercises and a plan to continue my therapy. Dr. Wheeler is great. The techniques they utilize are definitely worth the time spent. I enjoy the intelligent conversation and the fact they their method is to not make a long term health situation out of why you are visiting. Ive been in for 2 appointments now for my lower back. I met with Dr. Schueren and after a few questions she immediately knew the issue. She showed me the using diagrams to explain what is causing the pain and a treatment plan that she made sure I understood. They really listen, and they adjust your treatment accordingly. Dr. Wheeler and Roxanne are excellent! They work with you one on one to figure out where your pain is coming from and working through it. Each patient has individualized and personal care. Their portal is excellent for working on the exercises at home. I went to Airrosti to get my elbow pain checked. Dr. Cheema took care of my case. She is open and transparent. Gave a lot of information on what's going on with my muscles around right elbow followed by treatment and exercises. I noticed change immediately after my first visit.
