Both doctors are wonderful at what they do and perform non-invasive techniques to alleviate/remediate pain to help the healing process. I have chronic neck and back pain from sitting at my desk/being on my phone all day and my memory is all messed up. From the initial check-in process to the check-out process, the experience is positive and I definitely recommend. I wanted to see this chiropractor because I was in terrible spasm pain. They canceled my appointment and didn't tell me. I drove 20 miles to get there. I could barely walk. They said I had called and canceled it myself. They must have a relative working reception or something. Sometimes it's better for the business to pay them to just stay home. read more

Be cautious if you're choosing this place for your personal injuries treatments. All they need is your insurance information to lock you right there! Just two phone call conversations was enough for me to know how patient focused is this place. It's so unfortunate the receptionist at front desk (Tyler) couldn't help to build up a great line of communication and trust on the phone with their new patients by saying: "looks like you are not the right fit for this office!! " they simply lost a client who could easily bring few thousands dollars to this office with her treatments ;-) !! She admitted what she said, but still didn't feel this was not polite and positive enough to welcome a patient for starting the treatments. read more

I don't usually like to write negative reviews. The staff here is super friendly. I came in to get massage from an auto accident recently. After my massage today, I am frustrated after saying 7 times to my massage therapist, Victoria (Tori) to please focus on my neck. She is really terrible. She does the opposite of what is requested (worked on other parts BUT the area I requested). I should have learned...a week ago, they scheduled me with Tori, I was very specific when I asked her to please work on my neck & elbow, she spends a majority of the time on my lower back then a few minutes at the end on my neck & elbow. I asked for more pressure, she said she doesn't want to hurt me. I said if you hurt me, I will tell you. Nope, I didn't get the pressure requested because Tori didn't think I need it. LOL. Everyone else is booked, I gave her another try, again, I said it 7 times asking to Work on my neck. She would worked on every other area except for the area requested. OMGZ. Her reasoning is the joints are all connected. I Left very disappointed. I haven't been able to sleep for 2 nights with such bad neck pain and my elbow, I asked her again very specifically to focus on my neck and elbow. Again, she spends 40 mins working on every other area except requested area. I asked her 7 times to please work on my neck. I got so frustrated after 7 times, I told her I have been getting massages the last 25 years, she is the very first masseuse that does the opposite of what the client/ customer requested. I gave her a suggestion and said maybe in the future when people ask you to focus on a specific area PLEASE focus/work on THAT AREA REQUESTED NOT do she thinks is best for the client/customer. As a massage therapists, People come in to get a massage for specific reasons, some are in pain. If they ask you to work on SPECIFIC AREAS, work on that specific area NOT what you think they need. I asked the staff to cancel all my future appointments with her. Seriously I had to ask 7 times today. That's ridiculous. read more

I had my consultation with Dr. Tucci today and she is incredibly knowledgeable. She looks at the body as a whole and addresses your musculoskeletal issues but also pays attention to other potential root causes. I had never been to a chiropractor before and she was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and truly committed to my healing. She took her time to explain my treatment plan to me in detail. The folks at the front desk (Jessica is who I worked with) were also very knowledgeable about the billing codes and even took the time to walk me through my insurance coverage, including my deductible, co-pay, and what I would be responsible for. There was no mystery about what I would be billed and I appreciated that they took the time to contact my insurance to gather and summarize all this information for me. So convenient! I will certainly be continuing my treatment here and I am looking forward to working with Dr. Tucci. read more

Dr. Holt and Dr. Tucci are amazing. Super attentive and they really listen to your concerns and are interested in finding a solution. They take each patient's case separately and don't have specific treatment plan for all patients like other chiropractors in the area. Their massage therapists are also amazing and I've seen them all. :) Their rehab department really knows how to tweak exercises to best suit your individual needs. Terrible massage therapy treatment I ever had... I feel like she doesn't like me because I'm Asian... hope not.. I'm pregnant So I know I have to lie on my side and I picked to lie on my left side 1st but I don't why she couldn't let me turn to other side after haft an hr when my left leg and arm were getting numb. I did ask her let me turn over but she said no and the reason she tried to explain to me was because I'm pregnant so I can't move when I have treatment and end up to stop my treatment in 5 min when I know the treatment should take 60 mins instead of 40 minutes. I know my insurance will pay for my treatment but I will till give her good tip if she is nice and doing good.. her job is not bad but I feel her not in mood today.. I only left her $10 tip to be nice Which I never do that before because I know how hard the massage therapist work .. if she has a personal problem I hope everything will be better for her. Be a professional worker, I understand sometimes u have ur personal problems from somewhere else but u should not bring that to work and make people around feel ur problems. Dr. Tucci is amazing! I had been dealing with pain for 8+ months and seen a couple different chiropractors with no relief. Mill Creek Wellness was highly recommended from the Mill Creek community Facebook page so I decided to schedule a free consult. Their approach is much different than other places I've been to. They want to get you feeling better quickly and that they did! After only 3 visits I was practically pain free! I am still amazed at the difference that I feel in such a short time. I have always had low back problems and had tried everything except for chiropractic care. After my consistent pain level rose higher than it had been before, I decided to give chiropractic care a try. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical, but went in with an open mind. I went to a different chiropractor in the area and after 2 weeks of going 3 times per week and my symptoms getting worse, not better, I almost gave up on chiropractic care, but I'm glad that I didn't! After my first visit at Mill Creek Wellness, I had more relief than Id had in awhile. I love their whole-body approach to care and how well they explain what they are doing. I found Mill Creek Wellness because I was looking for a place close to my house that took my insurance. I moved to the area and needed some help with a pain in my neck from working on a laptop all day and very poor posture. Dr Holt was incredible. I only had 10 visits from my insurance and I had used half of them at my old chiropractor in Seattle but he was able to help me in the amount of sessions I had covered however his prices if you don't have insurance are so reasonable (they are based on exactly what you need and how much time you need) that I continued to come in and just pay out of pocket. To help my issue they also offer massage therapy for a ridiculously low price if you sign up for a monthly package and allow them to take out of your credit card in advance. I'm getting massage for like $35/hr now and it is really good!!!! Love this spot! read more

Long review, but really wanted to detail how awful the whole experience was. I currently get massage 2X a month and have been getting it at Martha Lake Chiropractic for years. Unfortunately my regular lady is moving so needed to find somewhere new. I called Mill Creek Wellness to ask if they take my insurance for massage. After looking it up I was told yes as long as I got a doctors referral which I did. More than a week of not getting return calls to let me know the status, they finally call and tell me I can now schedule an appointment. After then filling out all the paperwork and scheduling, one business day before my appointment they text me saying sorry they can't do my appointment unless I also do chiropractic work on the same day. They claim my insurance says this, which I said can't be true as I have been going to a chiropractic office for years with my insurance. Why wasn't this brought up in the 2 weeks prior of them checking my insurance, getting the doctors referral or jumping through all their hoops to schedule including completing all their paperwork and providing my credit card to them? I then call Aetna directly who also claim what they are saying is not true. They don't even have the decency to call me to discuss. In 10 years of getting massage at 5 different chiropractic offices I have never had a place treat me like this. Stay far away from this place! read more

I was a patient here for almost 10 years. Dr. Jeff Holt IS an expert in his field, so is Dr. Jill Tucci as well as the office manager, Jessica. If I didn't move, I would still be seen in this office. I am a professional wholesale broker myself and run my ship in the same manner, nice and tight. I keep my appointments straight just like they do. In a time sensitive business where every individuals time is valuable, keeping to the schedule is very important. MCW has their own and their clients best interests in mind from start to finish. Had a nerve impingement in my back from Yoga. Had three months physical therapy at another location, didn't help. Had an MRI, several x-rays, and many Dr. visits that wasted my time with drugs. Went to Dr. Jeff after reading Yelp Reviews and experienced for myself true healing. I had instant relief after two weeks and pain free with in a month. This was a year ago. If you are looking for an honest chiropractor this is not the place the only thing mill creek wellness adjusts is your insurance and bank accounts! Carefully read the forms they have you sign in the initial appointment have your attorneys review them they are the only place that will put a lien on your insurance settlement once they milk your insurance dry and leave you with a huge bill you will be personally responsible for! Agreed with other reviewers front desk is rude and horrible customer service especially "Jessica" this place is all about one thing and it's not "wellness" it's all about money at your expense. I really like everything about this chiropractic clinic! They take amazing care of you while you are there and are great about explaining insurance coverage, massage referrals, etc. I have seen both chiropractors and they both do a great job with adjustments (I've seen both after debilitating neck pain and it makes a huge difference). I've also seen several massage therapists and they all do an excellent job getting to problem areas. They also offer rehabilitation which I'm not a giant fan of but really helped with my neck issue. As for the front desk, they are always willing to call and check your insurance and coverage and I find Jessica to be a very kind and pleasant person to work with. This place is not so great for pre-natal massages. I had about 5 massages until now. The only masseuse I liked was Emily who does not work there anymore. I have tried Heather and Amanda, both couple of times. I hated both their massages, I never felt relaxed after the massage. While I got the massage from Heather, the bed heat was too high I asked her to reduce it twice, which is never did. Her massage pressure and technique was not so great either. And well about Amanda, I felt she was very in-experienced, I think she just started doing massages. I will not recommend this place. read more

I was referred to Mill Creek Wellness Center by my obstetrician when I had back pain during my first pregnancy 5 years ago. I didn't know that you could go to a chiropractor when you were pregnant! Not only did Dr. Holt alleviate my back pain, he took the time to talk with me about my symptoms and things I could do to help further assist in my healing. To me, that is what separates the good doctors from the amazing doctors. Dr. Holt is extremely professional, but he also had a very warm and sincere personality that puts you at ease. He really takes time to answer all your questions and makes sure you feel comfortable with your treatment plan. I've been going to Mill Creek Wellness Center since that first visit for a variety of reasons - my second pregnancy, a stiff neck, low back pain, and just to get a massage! The massage therapists are incredible too. The rooms are so peaceful and serene you feel like you are at a spa, but without the price tag! I really feel like I found a hidden treasure when I discovered Mill Creek Wellness Center. The only that's changed from 5 years ago is that they moved their location to the Mill Creek Town Center, which is so convenient. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Holt and his entire staff. Dr. Jeff and Dr.Jill are the dynamic Chiro duo! I see Dr. Jeff more times than not and he's such a down to earth guy. He's great about really trying to understand where your pain is coming from and getting you involved in finding solutions. I also enjoy the fact that he educates you on what's most likely the cause of your pain which makes it easier for you to be more conscientious about things like posture. Not only that but he makes the whole visit comfortable and friendly by initiating good conversation during adjustments. And last but not least, he has you leaving feeling wonderful! Weeks of neck pain gone by the time I've walked out the door. It takes a very skilled and educated Dr to pull that off. I've seen several Chiropractors in the area and nobody compares. Some places I've left feeling ever worse than when I went in and my experiences had me wondering why people ever saw chiropractors. Now I get it! I've even tested him by not telling him about the kink in my neck to see if he could tell and he asked me about it lol. Dr. Holt is the best chiropractor I've ever been to and I've been under chiropractic care off and on for probably 15 years. I've been with him for about a year and half. For starters, your first visit he just addresses your specific issue(s) you are having. He doesn't run a million tests and x-rays just to tell you all the problems you have that you didn't even know about. Not to say he's not thorough, because he very much is. He just isn't interested in making more money off you or guilting you to come in 3x a week for unnecessary appts. He's very interested in helping solve the problems you have and he's very good at solving them. For treatment he does the normal adjusting but he also does something where he kinda does a mini massage that hurts, in a good away, and really gets into the muscle and the problem. It works so well. He also gives practical advice for home stretches and things. And to top it off he's super friendly and makes you feel like a friend of his, it's never awkward and he's never rushed or stressed even though you know he's busy. Because he's the best! read more
