I was having chronic leg pain, to the point I could barely walk or stand for any length of time. Surgery was not an option, had tried other therapists. My leg muscles were the problem. Dr. Covert is a LIFESAVER! I started training for a marathon and about a month in the pain began. I initially went in for my foot but ultimately the pain traveled up my leg into my knee, IT band and even low back. I was scheduled for surgery for plantar fasciitis. After 3 visits with Dr. Peregrine I had no need for the procedure. I love the care and process used here. It is a full range treatment and includes education on at-home exercises that encourage and maintain healing. Each session includes session with DC and with physical therapist. Dr. Peregrine and Maddy were amazing. True to claim, I was completely pain-free and on my way after 4 visits. Went in for sciatica, I couldn't bend over past 45 degrees, or lift anything without being in pain. Now I have my entire range of motion back, no limitations, and can resume my exercise routine.
