The nurse and office staff were very professional and helpful. I believe I found myself a great podiatrist. I won't see them until next year unless something comes up. I should mention that they do require a credit/debit card to be in file and will charge the card if the account is over 90 days delinquent. Their office is at Woodway and conveniently right on the 84 feeder.

That's what I thought ...about 90% of you right? Out of the 90% of you that agreed, how many of you have thought maybe it's just an aberration but when you went to make another appointment the same thing happened? How many of you don't have a job? How many of you don't have a daily schedule? How many of you don't have other things to do and other appointments? How many of you have absolutely nothing to do and you just sit on your couch and enjoy waiting on hold forever and forever because it doesn't matter because you don't have anything to do? That's right so when you add it all up we're talking about disorganization, incompetent, poorly trained and managed FRONT OFFICE STAFF unable to prioritize the most important part of their business which is the patient, not the doctors. However that is when the care ended. Every call to the office puts you in voicemail hell with no live person ever answering. Every voicemail left is never returned. They offer a texting service to contact them which also is never responded to. After 2 days of leaving messages we finally went to Premier ER. They took great care of my son and recommended contacting our GI for a medication adjustment. All we could do is laugh. Instead I called my doctor back at home who contacted a GI back at home to help us
