This has been the worst experience I've ever had. On April 25, 2025, I had AirSculpt Tightening on my full abdomen and flanks. At my 3-month appointment, I expressed concerns because I didn't see any improvement. I was told to wait until my 6-month follow-up, which took place on October 25, 2025. During that appointment, the doctor agreed that there had been no change. Instead of discussing a revision, he discouraged it and tried to push a tummy tuck at his private practice. I later spoke with Yaritza about receiving a full refund, and she said she would need approval from her District Supervisor, Erin Petty. A week went by with no update, so I called back and was informed that I could not get a refund!! I requested Erin's email. I emailed her and several others on November 5, 2025 and I still have not received a response. I've reached out to Yaritza three times since then, and she has not replied either. This company pressures you into getting the procedure, promises results, and then completely fails to deliver. They think it's acceptable to keep your $10,000 without addressing the harm that was caused or the fact that the procedure produced no results at all. I will not rest until this issue is rectified!! I would not recommend Elite Body Sculpt (also known as AirSculpt) to anyone, especially if you're looking for transparency and real results. I was never a good candidate for their procedure due to having diastasis recti -- a condition that absolutely should have been identified and discussed before I spent thousands of dollars on a procedure that did nothing to improve my appearance. Shockingly, it wasn't until my 6-month follow-up that the doctor finally admitted the only way I could achieve the results I originally wanted was through a traditional tummy tuck -- something that should have been explained to me from the very beginning. Instead, they took my money, performed the procedure, and left me looking exactly the same. There was no honesty, no accountability, and no real results. This experience felt more like a business transaction than a medical procedure with genuine care or concern for my outcome. Red flag! I had a Google Meet initial consultation and they NEVER showed up! Twice!! Definitely red flag! Run!

I had a distressing experience here, and really have to disagree with the claims made by Airsculpt, specifically that the pain level is minimal enough to be able to return back to work in 2 days. I was in deep pain for over a week. I had informed the RN and MD that I was unable to take both meds prescribed to me for pain, one because it was contraindicated for persons with ulcers (which I have), the other because it had caused me to have suicidal thoughts in the past. RN reported back to me that MD refused to prescribe alternatives and his advice was to continue taking what he had prescribed. This is disturbing advice. I have a history of mental illness (known to the clinic) and couldn't imagine that a medical professional would encourage me to take a med that caused suicidality. I reported this to the clinic manager and 2 RNs, but was not contacted further. I want to post it here for the sake of advocacy. This was a really painful and disturbing experience. I have chronic pain and this messed my health up for about 4 months afterward. I expected better customer service after a 15k out-of-pocket procedure. I'd like to be compensated for the missed work and insurance co-pays I paid to other doctors who tried to get my pain under control. I wasn't happy with my results. I wanted nice round plump bums. I got these cellulite dimples and weird anomalies showing. My butt isn't firm it's real mushy to the touch. My butt disappears in form fitting clothes, it mashes in and looks flat. It took me 2.5 years to write a review because I got so depressed from investing all that money to get this out of shape loose butt. I've cried and cried for years now and I'm all cried out. One year of therapy is why I can share my feelings and pic. As a business owner I hate to write such a review, as I like supporting businesses and appreciate the value that they attempt to provide, even when an experience is less than desired. However, the performance, support, results and integrity of Elite Body Sculpture was so atrocious, that it's imperative for me to share my experience in the hopes that it saves the grief, of just a single person. I've had stubborn belly fat my entire life. I exercise regularly & watch my diet closely and still the fat in my abdomen remains. I found Elite online, from the reviews and what I could tell, it was going to be a great experience. They said I was a PERFECT candidate, and made references to the outcome being G.I Joe & captain America like... I received their confidence as a sign that the results would be drastically positive. They quoted me $20,000 for abdomen, back and some stretch restoration 'procedure' that I accepted as I trusted their recommendation for an "Elite" outcome. The procedure itself felt like being filleted, the recovery was very intrusive as I was unable to live a normal routine for weeks, but still if the results are life-changing, I agreed it would be well worth the sacrifice. The day after the procedure, I noticed that they had made no entry into my back, to extract back fat. When I brought this up, they said they grabbed the fat from my sides... As I researched this, I quickly found that this was b.s and a true back service would have required back entry, further more there was no change in the appearance of the back. They fought me, refusing to refund the $5,000 addition, until they finally conceded after many follow ups (red flag #1). As months went by, and the swelling faded, I began to grow concerned as my abdomen looked exactly the same. As I anticipated my 3 month post op visit, they cancelled my first appointment, rescheduled me for 5am appt which I obviously declined (2nd redflag) then after 6 months post-procedure, they finally rescheduled my "3-month" post op. I showed up for my appointment, waited in the lobby for 45-minutes, until they took me back. I sat for another hour until I came out to the front desk, at which time they said they forgot about me... That's when I came to terms with the pattern of a sloppy/tacky operation... The nurse came in, took pictures and said "Tell me what your thinking..." I sat in silence for a moment knowing that she already knew what I was thinking, as the pictures she just took would be an embarrassing testament to the quality of their procedure. I said politely that I'm obviously concerned that there's not even a 1% improvement, not to mention the lofty promises they made as they secured my $20,000 procedure. Dr. Raja who performed the service (and happens to be a very nice person), then reviewed and said "I agree, there's been no results." While he claimed that fat was replaced by scar tissue, (as an entrepreneur I adhere to logical analysis in order to draw the best possible conclusions) and in assessing this claim I can't even remotely validate his opinion as there is NOTHING in the look or feel of the treated area to indicate that what remains is anything other than fat cells, which were promised to be removed. As a consolation, to what they agreed was a complete failure they've recommended ANOTHER procedure. Again, measuring this recommendation against basic logic, the problem with another procedure, apart from the awful feeling of being filleted, and being out of commission from normal life, is that the first procedure rendered exactly 0% positive progress. I might not be a genius, but as they say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting a different result -- there is no way to justify this as a credible solution, nor am I willing to trust them with another service based on the poor handling of my entire experience They have declined to rightfully refund the service that was 100% unsucessful and have continued to defend their poor performance. Well I wish this was a good update. I had my revision with Dr. Cox (who was gone before my 1 week check up) and i was really afraid of looking worse than before, and that's exactly what happened. My bikini days are officially over. I have lumps and craters all over. There is a hardened crease at the top of my stomach that is very uncomfortable. The scar on the right side of my stomach is huge and very noticeable. It had trouble healing after my first procedure and come to find out I was suppose to be subscribed some antibiotics and Motrin, which I was not. And to make it worse, Dr. Cox thought my belly button ring hole was my previous incision and now my belly button looks horrible! My revision surgery was Feb 8th and here are my (over) 3 month after photos. Update: 5/9 final review I uploaded pictures of my final results a year after my revision. This has been a nightmare. I wish I would have never walked into this place. I have indentions all over my stomach. I have a hardened crease below my boobs that will not go away. I have holes/scars when they said I wouldn't have any scars. And for some reason Dr. Cox thought my belly button ring hole was the hole that was used for the precious procedure and it was not! The aftercare of this clinic borders on malpractice. I am a healthcare provider myself and am stunned at the negligence. Waiting for this business to be sued, to be honest. I had my abdomen done and was in severe pain -- aching, throbbing pain that disrupted my own work with patients -- and was refused pain medication outside of Tylenol. I informed the medical staff that I am unable to take one of the prescribed meds (because I had suicidal thoughts when I took it previously) but nothing was added. Elite left me in the cold. Completely ineffectual and negligent pain management. The "bounce back after 48 hours" rule is nonsense. It's been almost 2 weeks and I am still in pain that disrupts my sleep, ability to focus/concentrate, and complete tasks. I was supposed to speak to the RN last Friday for follow up, but no one called. I wouldn't recommend this place. Take your money elsewhere. read more

Adrian and Dr. Berry are phenomenal. I live out of state so they did a virtual consult and then called me to go over things. Adrian is so kind, personable and made the process so easy! These procedures are not cheap... I will be paying it off for the next two yrs and I have never been in debt before... but was so impressed by Adrian and she really makes you feel at ease and she seemed so trustworthy! And I am SO glad I did! She is an incredible human being and so is Dr. Berry! Airsculpt you truly lucked out with them! Come procedure day, flew in, got on location, chickened out on the hipflip, they did not pressure me or force me to do something I was not comfortable with. Completed my one week post op appointment today! Yay! Finally started to feel like I can walk painlessly again! Yay times 2! The results are minimal but that is expected. The final results do take time as your body has to heal and recover from major surgery! However, I have started to see the new definition so I'm excited to see what is to come. I had my inner thighs, front bra roll and arms done and the thought of minimal bruising went away as my legs bruised over completely soon after my procedure (as to also be expected when having major surgery). My arms had less bruising and were definitely easier to recover from but again, we will see in 3 months! As far as office staff - I had an absolutely positive experience with Dr. Ver Halen and RN Amy as well as the Office Manager Deborah. They were both so comforting and did everything they promised all the way through a personal phone call 2 days in a row to check on me.The office staff however, could use some work for sure! Jamie, the patient care coordinator who consults with you on pricing is a royal challenge to deal with as she would often forget what price she quoted or changed it to since she does not have a set price list and she gets to decide what you pay as her favoritism for you fluctuates. :) She may then followed up with you even after having a secured paid booking to see if you want to know about new summer specials and secure a booking date. Again, forgetting who I was or that I had already had a paid procedure scheduled 3 days later. Lovely, huh? It also seems odd that the office staff would find it appropriate to call patients by "babe or hun" rather than my proper name which then made it more of a herding cattle experience than a personalized "VIP" experience that encourages people to return. As someone who has never had cosmetic surgery, the experience with the office staff could've easily persuaded me to not more forward with the procedure. The only reason I did is because of the office manager and the reputation of Dr. Ver Halen. 4 of my girlfriends had referred me as they saw all the hype on social media and naturally I had been wanting to try the "Elite Experience" out so I did! Now that it is said and done (and a ton of money spent), sadly enough, I'm torn. I'm just not sure if my awesome experience with Amy and Dr. Ver Halen outweighs overpaying for the hottest trend of Lipo and dealing with the office staff. I will keep everyone posted as I continue to see if the amazing immediate minimal downtime minimal bruising advertised results come true and make it worth it. I will say that I ruled out my second procedure with them because of the experience. It makes me wonder how much one would have to spend to be valued? Or do you have to be a celebrity housewife to be appreciated? Stay tuned for more later! I hope this helps someone as I searched and consulted with 7 offices before deciding to go with them and hope I made the right decision! Update: 6/13/18 - My body is mostly healed now and I love my arms. They are mostly smooth and unevenly lipo'ed but luckily Elite offers the assurance policy so I'll be getting a touch up. My legs - I see a difference but not quite like I do with my arms and they're uneven but luckily again the assurance policy will kick in and they will touch up both areas as needed. I'm not sure how long I'll have to wait for that so I'll be calling them soon. Update: 7/17/18 Spoke with Deborah at Elite and came to find out that the assurance policy is only valid from the doctors perspective and at 6 months. When they originally explained the procedure it was that if I felt there was some fat missed or more that could've been taken, I could opt in for the touch up. Now it's been advised that it's only if the doctor feels the need and at 6 months. I'm going to go to a consult with me second choice facility and likely going to get my abs done with them! I don't doubt it's because he didn't like the mean girls club either. They ended up blocking me on instagram bc people were asking more questions about my experience. Final update: 6 months later, still undesired results sadly enough even with exercise and dieting which has yielded better results. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. This office sells you on being this high end luxury experience while it is anything but. They hard sell up front and promise great results with minimum to no pain and no down time. What you end up with is zero results and a miserable experience with a lengthy recovery period. The day of my prodcedure I showed up on time and was left waiting for almost two hours before the procedure began because they had overbooked other follow ups and consultations. To make things worse not only was the procedure painful throughout but Dr. Raj was called out of my room for consultations and follow up DURING my procedure. Not only was this highly unprofessional and unsanitary but it created a lot of unnecessary anxiety on my end. As a result of my procedure being constantly disrupted only one of my treatment areas was successful. The others as admitted in my 3 month and 6 month follow up with Dr Raj showed zero results. After being there for several hours a nurse came in stating they had to get me moved out quickly because another patient was scheduled. My treatment areas were half assed because they way overbooked. The lack of professionalism was appalling. The nurses barely wiped me off before shoving me in a garment didn't even place the pads on the incision sites leaving me to bleed all over my vehicle and unable to use the bathroom because they haphazardly placed the foam pad that was supposed to be over my abdomen directly over the opening to use the restroom which as you guessed it is substantially lower than my abdomen. The arm garment was so tight it cut off circulation to my hands and left me with bruises in places not treated and several cuts. Fast forward 6 months to my final follow up and I'm told I need a revision procedure to the areas that were a complete failure. I was told the revision would have to be scheduled with the office manager Sheri Copeland. Miraculously they could fit me in quickly when they wanted to take my money but once it came to fixing their own mistakes which would require me to miss even more work and suffer through another heinous process now they can't possibly do my procedure on a Friday they can only do a Monday for revisions which means missing an entire week of work even though Dr Raj said Friday would be no problem and it's the day my original procedure was. I attempted to reach out to staff regarding my experience and Sheri conveniently ignored all of my issues and asked if I wanted to reschedule or cancel the revision. I went here this past summer for a consultation and was quoted $14k for JUST lipo on my abdomen. It was my first consultation for any kind of procedure, specifically lipo so I had no idea what to expect. I thought maybe that was normal. My treatment was performed by Dr. Hanz. I give him 5 stars because during our consult he was honest and managed expectations. I was looking to do my entire abdomen, inner thighs and banana roll. I have 2 children both c-section. I did receive airsculpt on all areas and it has exceeded my expectations. I've had TONS of Coolsculpting done in the past and it doesn't come close to comparison to the results I received with airsculpt. My clothes fit WAY better now and I can finally wear a 2 piece. I haven't lost 1 pound BUT my waist is forever changed and a complete difference. I'm about 8 weeks post procedure and I'm happy with the results. There is minimal downtime and I would say to give yourself at least 6-8 weeks before any beach vacations. I've had about 5 lymphatic massages that were not necessary but did help with any scar tissue build up (which I did have pre treatment from Coolsculpting). It's expensive BUT if you want extremely low downtime and great results paired with good service then it's worth it. Also I didn't feel a thing during the procedure no pain at all. Skip all the other crap and just go straight for the kill with dr. Hanz and airsculpt. read more

I just had my surgery yesterday with Dr. baker in dallas. He was awesome!! Day 1. I dont feel "pain". Just aches but i haven't taken pain meds today other than children Motrin once. My drainage is not bad at all but you may need someone to help you change our your pads on day. The compression isn't bad but slightly uncomfortable when sleeping. I think they removed 3 liters of fat. I was totally in and out sleep and talking way too much. Lol. Update. I am 48 hours postop. I don't feel any pain. If anything slight aches. I've used children's Motrin to manage that. I can already see a big difference in my before and after. But I am still swollen and have a long way to go before I see my final results. I was so nervous about the procedure but I immediately felt comfortable once I met the staff. They explained everything to me in detail and what to expect after which was a big relief. I was amazed how quick and painless the procedure was I was awake and listening to music while Dr. Baker explained to me what was going on. It took me only about a week to feel back to normal again but I didn't want to push it with going back to my normal routine. There was some expected leakage and two tiny unnoticeable scars left and the results are amazing!! Through years of diet and exercise I couldn't lose the fat on my arms because it was genetic. I spent more than an hour submitting VERY detailed information/photos for "virtual consultation" --they promised they would contact me within 24-72 hrs. Never heard from them at all. The physician and staff are extremely professional. I had air sculpt lipo to my inner thighs. The discomfort was mild to moderate for a very brief period during the numbing process. During the actual fat removal I felt nothing but vibrations. Afterwards my pain level was minimal to mild. The doctor and staff called that evening to ensure I was doing well. I highly recommend. I will be back to work within 3 days. My inner thighs are noticeably smoother and smaller already. read more

It has been a week since the procedure so I am waiting still to see final results. The main reason I did not give 5 stars is my experience with the initial coordinator and also I never received the same information from the same person before and after the procedure. The videos and reports were not my experience and I had to really drill to find out what was going to happen and then it still was not really accurate. Everyone was still very helpful and nice, though. They provide their cell phones and the nurses and Dr. Baker answer questions quickly.
