We met with Melanie at the Dallas office, and she was amazing -- very thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything about testosterone and estrogen balance and how pellet therapy works. We left feeling informed and hopeful, with way more clarity than we ever expected. She recommended Juvederm Voluma (1 syringe per cheek) $598 ea/special plus Juvederm Skinvive (1 syringe) in lips $350 = spent $1546. (I also wanted botox in forehead but it wasn't in my budget.). I waited a couple weeks but wasnt happy still seeing hollow cheeks after spending $1200. I had several gf's tell me "she should make it right" so I went back in asking for a "touch up". She wanted to charge me for an additional syringe and I refused - told her I wasnt happy about that. I got a Mothers day gift card from my kids so had her do my forehead (Jenueau) but that is the Only reason I gave her more business. Now I have huge bumps above each eyebrow.... I have a dark complexion and was fearful of burns, so I did a lot of research before settling on Ultimate Image. They use a Gentle YAG Pro-U machine and I've had no issues. The office is pristine, and they are timely with appointments so if you're running late, you'll likely be rescheduled.
