I did not feel pressured or pushed to commit to anything on the spot. I am officially one week post-op from my 360 lipo and power BBL, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The procedure day was organized and professional, and the team made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. The office staff was kind, patient, and always willing to answer my questions, which made such a difference. Pain-wise, I was mainly sore from the BBL for about four days, which I expected. I went here in 2020 before COVID shut everything down. Unfortunately, this factored into my results and follow up not happening. My results were not good. There was no phone call or anything for aftercare or checking up on. I have two dents in the front from the procedure, which I am self-conscious about, as well as two dark marks on my back. Majority of the lipo was taken right above the flanks, which more should have been taken from the flanks to improve the contour. Now, it makes my body look square from behind and like I have a weird muffin top. Just wish I got better results for the amount of money I paid. The procedure itself was easy. There was some pain...but nothing crazy. I still look back at this and have regrets, knowing that I could have had a sufficient result if I went elsewhere. I paid over $5,000.00 for a procedure that did not work and delivered no meaningful results. The procedure itself is painful, despite how it is marketed, and the recovery was not easy. What's worse than the lack of results is the complete lack of accountability or concern afterward. Once payment is made, there is little to no support if you are unhappy with the outcome. My concerns were essentially ignored. This experience cost me money, time, and energy, with nothing to show for it. If you are expecting results that justify the price, or a company that stands behind its work, this is not it. Save your money. There are better options elsewhere. Part 2: Day of Review First things first if they don't tell you park in the garage because they do validate. Nice! Ok, so arrived for my 9 am appt at 8:45 on a Friday. They start pretty early and we're already busy with procedures. No one at the desk but I thought ok I'm early. After 5 min a nurse came out who I had been in communication with the week before and asked me and my guest ( more about that later) for tea, water. After giving me pages of paperwork to sign she disappeared. The paperwork honestly was an iron clad contract to protect Elite from liability for any and everything. You must sign and initial atleast 50 times. But being who I am I took my time read it and there was not anything in the document that I was not already aware of as a risk going in, including the risk of poor results. What did make me nervous was all the post op cautions and instructions that no one went over with me and I knew I was not going to remember. What I am learning is the procedure is 60% of the journey to the realistic results you want and post op care ( of your self ) is 40%. After completing paperwork I did my pregnancy test and around 10:00 was escorted back to prep and begin procedure with Dr. Siegel. I was told they were running behind and apologies were made. I was nervous and told him so and he did a great job answering my questions. He took pics (neck down) the nurse took measurements, vitals, weighed me and I got a few strategically placed X on my body. Not the elaborate markings you see on TV. Nerves still on ten I was then escorted to the procedure room where I took several pills including an anesthetic and valium. I told the nurse I preferred to sleep through the procedure and she gave me enough of the meds to make me drowsy - that was ok lol cause I could get to sleep on my own. Dr. Siegel had great bedside manner and tried to keep things light as he explained his first steps which were making punctures or adits for the cannula. Getting a 360 there were 10 of them and it felt like getting hit with a strong thick rubber band. The last thing I heard was the nurse explaining to Dr. Siegel that the instrument was hot because it just came out of sanitation. That's when I went sleepy night night. I never saw the cannula go in and suck anything out. The next thing I know I was eating snacks was put into a compression garment with foams and my guest was coming to get me. I remember nothing I felt NOTHING. Sorry not want want to read and nothing like the videos you may have seen. Probably not everyone experience but certainly was mine. For this reason I would strongly recommend bringing along a guest that you trust. I was not coherent at the end to be with a stranger and Elite didn't tell me this was a possibility just that they did not want me to drive. Moving on..,After the mandatory 48 hours in the compression garment there was a lot of leaking especially in the first 24 hours but not a lot of pain. Buy bed covers ahead of time and get your post op area prepped the day before so you can come home and rest. I came home and hubby tucked me in I stayed in bed for 24 hours only getting up for restroom breaks. Moving is what hurt most in that first 24 hours. You also want someone to attend to you. My opinion is that too much movement that first 48 hours prolongs recovery and contributes to bruising... your skin is literally like putty from the trauma of the procedure. Something else they don't explain but glad I figured out early. You have to take delicate and deliberate care of yourself post op. In the next 24 hours there was enough pain to medicate but the leaking was significantly reduced and non existent by the time the full 48 passed. I took my last opioid based pain meds on day 3. My initial impression was that this was a good place. However after visiting I completely changed my mind. First thing is that all the employees there are barely dressed. I mean skirts so short they can't even properly sit down and heels so high they can't even walk. I think that if you are running a business where people are coming in because they are uncomfortable in their bodies and then you see this it just makes you feel even more uncomfortable & even more insecure. I think you should have some compassioniate care with being in the medical field towards your patients. When I met the "surgeon" well he looked so bored & uncaring & looked like he wanted to be anywhere but doing my consultation. Completely cold & uncaring. Barely looked at me and got up & walked out the door. I would advise if you are looking for this type of procedure you look elsewhere & find a more caring staff. "I intentionally make my conversation when I describe the procedure to convince you not to do it. So you can walk out and get your deposit back." - Dr. Moshyedi at AirSculpt I'm 5"4, 130lbs, 38 year old female with A cup boobs. I spend 13k to get the "up-a-cup" procedure that included lipo. I regret it and here's what I wish I knew and learned. Sharing so that other women have this info to make their decision. 1. Rep will sell. You will be in contact with an AirSculpt rep (mine was Brielle). After sending pics via portal she sent me a single quote (via text) claiming she had reviewed with a surgeon and that if I scheduled quickly I'd get a discount. I didn't talk to a surgeon until I arrived for surgery. Bait-and-switch. On the phone, the rep will tell you this is a non invasive "pluck berries off the bush" procedure that leads to an Ave of 50-70% fat retention. On the day of surgery, while I was naked and getting marked up, Dr. Moshyedi gave what I was told by the nurse is his "infamous" speech that goes something like this: "there is no guarantee of fat retention in breasts, if you want a guarantee, get implants. Up-a-cup doesn't actually mean up a cup size. Results depend on your body. Result could lead to 0-25% fat retention." This is when I should have walked away. But I had made a down payment and was there and hopeful. 2. Get unbiased consult. I wish I took consultations with other surgeons who are not selling the air sculpt product. It's worth the $100-$150 consult fee to get unbiased info from other surgeons to then go to Airsculpt and ask informed questions. Given my small frame, 3 other plastic surgeons have since told me that they would not have recommended me for this procedure because of the lack of fat. AirSculpt is a proprietary process and now I'm inferring, but I get the sense that a lot of plastic surgeons know it's a scam. 3. Know your goals in ccs. Research the augmentation you want in terms of cc. For example, adding 250 cc of fat/fluids/etc to the breast, which is what surgeon did to me, is only 125cc with 50% retention. Adding 250cc got me to full A cup immediately postop (so even then, I did not go up-a-cup). Ask, based on your body, approx how many ccs the surgeon thinks they will transfer to each breast. If you want a full cup size increase, know what # ccs this would mean for you. 4. Request an itemized receipt. Ask for an itemized receipt for the procedures you want before paying to know what you're paying for. When I got to the office for surgery, I saw that each lipo area cost different amounts (I got banana rolls, thighs, lower abdomen, knees). If I had seen this, I would not have paid $1500 to get fat taken out of my knees. Attached is pic of the receipt. 5. I noticed about 2 months postop that my breasts looked smaller, and when I called they said to wait and that there is a "fluffing period". I did not experience this. At my 1st postop appointment when I talked through the concerns I'm listing here with Dr. Moshyedi, he said "I intentionally make my conversation when I describe the procedure to convince you not to do it. So you can walk out and get your deposit back." 6. I called with my concerns at about 3 months and spoke primarily to the manager Cristina who said they can't guarantee results. I've gone to 2 post ops, and at the second, spend approx. 60 seconds with the surgeon who said looks good, we don't know final results until the 6 month mark, and walked out of the room. From my postop pictures there is unequivocal proof that my breasts look the same from preop, 2 months, and 5 months. I'm now 6 months postop and I have 0% fat retention- back to small A cup. Bc I was already petite, the lipo results are negligible but now I have scars. The reps will sell you, the surgeon does not spend time with you, and the manager will defend the company when the results fall way below what's advertised. I sunk 13k, underwent surgery, did not get my breast augmentation, and to top it off, was dismissed and treated disrespectfully the entire time. Elective cosmetic surgery is a big and personal decision. These people don't care about you as a patient . You need to go in informed and prepared to advocate for yourself. The doctor I had is no longer with the practice and I have tried talking to them for the past few months to express my concerns with my lack of results but they are disorganized and lack professionalism for the cost. I tried to schedule multiple follow ups and they claim they had the wrong contact information. However they had the right contact information when signing me up for the procedure. Update: based on this review the company reached out to "make things right". I spent a ton of time speaking on my journey, listening to their promises. I was asked to come back and speak with another surgeon. It was such an interesting meeting- i got diff set of things that would have been recommended, no one really addressed the issues i spoke about and it seems I'm an edge case. Then again if you read the real self reviews, I'm not alone. Also i get surgeon to surgeon varies but potentially the place needs to have quality control. Essentially after all of this, i got quoted another 1.3 grand for surgical costs to redo this to hope for better results ( why would i pay more money?!!) and if i wanted to do what was ideal another 6 grand which included skin tightening / issues im most certain came after i did the first procedure. Btw i spent 5 grand on cellulite treatment and no one had any answers of why it looks worse, if you are testing out a machine that barely works - why are you charging so much money?!!! Money gauging on clients is just sad. This whole place is just wrong on so many levels, if it worked for you maybe you got lucky with your body type or potentially a surgeon who did you right. I seldom write reviews; but I have to take the time to write this because it deserves it. My experience with Airsculpt- Vienna is exactly what I had hoped for and more; my initial consultation with Dr. Moshyedi set my expectations clear regarding what I would have done, why and how much. Having said this; and for ANY medical procedure...You HAVE to do your own research and homework, understand the ins and outs of what you are getting done and have honest "expectations" about your possible outcome. This is not a miracle cure for all of your pre-existing physical issues or things you want to change about yourself. That's a HUGE component of getting something like this done. I was a 220lbs++ large framed, almost 50 years old gal with one child and several years of IVF treatments that turned by body into something I did not recognize when I looked in the mirror. I had abdomen, flanks, underarms and mini tuck. This is the one thing I chose after much consideration because of the downtime; I had consulted a regular procedure and I simply did not have the support system for the recovery period or the downtime to put forth. I arrived the day of my procedure and the most amazing and sweet nurse Nitsuh tended to me the entire time; she was short of PERFECTION. She was also present for my 2-post op follow up and was able to see my progress. Dr. Moshyedi did an incredible job, beyond my expectations. He was kind and straightforward which I appreciate. I didn't feel as relaxes and pain free as everyone else but it was manageable during the process. My healing process took a little longer than expected as well. I had the laser done over a year ago and the results are not entirely what I expected. Six months later I went to my last appointment. I felt the discontent and I had to ask if I could see the doctor because in all the other appointments I went to the only saw a person who is in charge of reviewing your scars which yourself know are healing well. The doctor came in and saw me and told me that everything is fine, that is going to go away, that is not fat and here I am still waiting for it to be fixed. I went to this location had the procedure done on several areas of my body. I've gone back several times for evaluation and there is 'literally' no difference between before and after pictures. I can't tell you how frustrating this is after spending over $15k for the procedure. The expectations that I was given by the doctor were very favorable and he ensured me that this procedure would take off inches. When I went back for subsequent appointments I was told that it was inflammation, however, I had no more bruising, had actually lost weight from the original appointment, and the doctor seemed defensive when I asked more questions. Also, each time I called and visited there were different people on staff, and the previous ones that I worked with were no longer there - turnover is really bad and leads you to believe there is instability in the company, regardless of the happy videos they show.
