The trampolines are too stiff and will hurt your back if you jump on them. Everything that looks interesting cost extra. Would not go again.

My first time in this part of town and AirU. Great venue for a birthday party, they have obstacles to where it is an easier version of ninja warrior. My daughter had a great time. The place was very clean. Our AirU host for the birthday party was a teenage boy and was excellent! He was highly professional and very respectful. He offered the adults ice cream after serving the kids and was so kind about it. He ran the entire party smoothly. I even "challenged" him at one point and without hesitation just let me know that the waiver was to protect the company, he was non-combative just stating the facts. He helped the parents clean up afterwards, I tried to help but he insisted to to do it himself. I just love to see people that still embrace good customer service. read more

As a teen this place is very lame. Its kinda pricey and has too many rules. While I understand them and why they are put in place it just kinda lacks what makes trampolines fun. You cant flip into the foam pit. You cant jump very high on the trampolines by the way they are designed. The only enjoyable thing was dodge ball. Which can only support up to six people. read more

She did not show me around the gym and neglected any introductions. I was very unimpressed and what I saw of the gym looked sketchy. Definitely will not pursue this option for my son, and wish there was another toddler gymnastics center in the Amarillo area, with more professionalism and ideally a better facility.

Scottie and Laney were on it-super helpful with any and everything and were great with the kids. Every adult in attendance commented on their friendly professionalism. The owner needs to seriously make some changes before they loose more customers.
