Apparently they don't serve a lot of Ruebens. I also don't know if they make their own corned beef or buy it but the corned beef was so dry and tasteless. It felt like it was 2 weeks old. And the sandwich was light on thousand island and Swiss cheese. Should have had a steak instead. And to that point, everyone else raved about their meals and the service was great! Add a Brandy Ice for dessert and this is why ACC is getting 3 stars, instead of 1.

The fairways were terrible you honestly couldn't even tell which hole you were on because everything just blended together like one giant field. There were barely any clear directions or markings, which made the whole round frustrating. The greens were completely trashed, and the overall condition of the course looked neglected. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this course to anyone. For the same price, Ross and Comanche are way better options and actually maintain their courses properly.

I can't believe the negative reviews I read about this place, sports World. I take my son there…read moresometimes weekly and we have a blast. I find it always clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. They complained about the water features. We found them beautiful and very refreshing especially in the summer heat. My son is handicapped, Down's syndrome. He is very friendly cheerful and extremely outgoing. He made friends with all of the staff and they love him. Maybe that's the key to finding a friendly staff, being friendly yourself. There is a story about a man who worked in a gas station in a small town. One day a family pulled up in a car and they were relocating. So, they asked the attendant what the people were like in that town. He then asked them, what were they like where you lived before? They answered, mean, selfish and snobby and we couldn't get out fast enough. The attendant answered, well folks are the same way here so you might as well keep on going, so they did. The next day another car came through, also relocating. So they also asked the same attendant what the people were like in that town. He asked the same question, what were they like where you lived before? Oh, they were wonderful, beautiful and loving people, and we hated to leave but we need to relocate to a warmer climate for our health. He answered, well, the people are the same way here so you might as well unpack and stay. So they did. So, if you don't like this beautiful city and the attractions that are here and the staff that works in them, why don't you relocate. Maybe you'll find a city with people just like you! Or maybe you could spend 3-4 million dollars to build a center to entertain families and their children, then staff it, and ALWAYS, ALWAYS , ALWAYS be friendly and smiling to people like you when they come in no matter How they treat you or what problems are happening in your personal life. Sorry, but when I read these complaints it just struck a personal chord with me, especially when I see my son having so much fun there and getting along so well with everyone there that is so friendly. So, I just felt I had to say something also. Well, it doesn't sound like this discontented people are going to return there ever again, so I think we should expect to only find friendly people there. On a separate visit, I asked to have my lie angles checked, and he had me swing my 7-iron only to determine lie angle for all 8 irons. When I questioned him, he said, "No that's good." He literally insulted my golf knowledge when I questioned him on a couple of things like shaft length and swing speed. More than one friend has volunteered their negative option of this place, unprompted. If all you offer is good selection, I can get that online, and usually for less $$$. Unfortunately, this is the only dedicated golf shop in town, so they won't be changing any time soon.
