Food is good, however takes so long to get food and hard to hear when your order is being called out because there are no speakers outside.

Made a reservation for a family of four on Wednesday 5th October 2016 for 6pm. When we arrived, we…read morewere greeted by the waitress there immediately and showed us to our table. We are impressed with the table size, usually we have experienced tables to be so narrow, with limited space and very uncomfortable. We ordered Garlic Bread and Garlic Prawns for 'starters', perfect and delicious. Garlic Prawns were king-sized prawns that was a generous serving with that delicious Napoletana sauce to be enjoyed with side toasts. Then out came our individual 'piping hot' medium sized pizzas - we didn't have to wait long for our pizzas. We ordered Ham & Pineapple, Ham, The Lot and Vegetarian Gourmet. Let me tell you, they did not skimp on the pizza toppings - it was loaded with the ingredients! All four looked impressive. My two daughters had Ham & Pineapple and Ham pizzas and the smiles on their faces were priceless. I had The Lot pizza (mozzarella, mushrooms, onions, capsicum, ham, cabanossi, pepperoni, bacon, prawns, pineapple, kalamatta olives on Napoletana sauce) and was so impressed with the ingredients they managed to put on the pizza. And my wife had Vegetarian Gourmet (mozzarella, onion, capsicum, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, marinated eggplant, zucchini, kalamatta olives, basil on Napoletana sauce). What amazed us the most was how the ingredients were chopped finely and spread out evenly on the pizzas, so every time you had a bite of your pizza, you would have a mouthful of all ingredients that burst with flavours with that perfect authentic pizza base! We couldn't finish our pizzas but we didn't let it go to waste, the waitress there was very happy to give us a pizza box to take the rest home. Mind you, the service there was terrific, making sure we were happy with our meals, if we would like more drinks or anything else they could help us with. If you would like to experience Italian cuisine with high quality in taste and freshness, then you will not be disappointed in this family restaurant. I highly recommend this place for couples, families or friends - great food, great service and a comfortable atmosphere.

The view here was beautiful, looking out at the beach at Patonga. The decor was very nautical, as…read moremight be expected, navy and white with tables covered in sail-like white awnings. The menu was primarily seafood, also not a surprise. I decided to order a salad, not really in the mood for seafood. There was roast cauliflower, steak, chicken Parmesan, and various pizzas in addition to fishy dishes. The place was also packed, so I was glad we got an outside table. I thought my salad was delicious. It had fennel and Parmesan cheese shavings over the greens. I don't know what the greens were, but everything went well together and it was a generous portion. I had second thoughts about salad when I saw the amazingly presented entrees my dining companions had selected. After starting out with a beautiful Bloody Mary, my daughter-in-law had a crumbed dory burger with chips(fries in the States). It had two fish patties coated in herbed crumbs and she said she almost always ordered it, it was so good. It looked delicious but I stuck with my salad. My son had beer-battered flathead fish and chips. It was perfect with crunchy, lightly browned coating covering flakey white fish. I snagged a few of his fries which were also perfect. Prices in restaurants are always higher than in the U.S., but how likely are we to find fish like dory or flathead on the menu? Additionally, waitstaff in Australia are paid a living wage and don't rely on tips.
