She has so many people (myself included) drive from 30+ minutes away because she's reasonably priced and consistent. I've been twice in a short amount of time and both times she's been on time and incredibly friendly. I even had to come back to have something fixed with my passion twists and she fixed it no questions asked. Some people would have tried to argue or irrationally blame the customer simply because they don't want anyone questioning their work, but Lisa had no problem taking my feedback and eagerly wanted to make it right. Honestly, what else could you want in a stylist!! As a side note, I've been getting braid/twist styles for years and it's great to have a licensed cosmetologist over someone who is just a braider because they can actually wash your hair themselves. No more having to do you hair just to get your hair done!

The other picture is the end result of my hair which is nothing like I wanted. It was also after SEVEN hours of her working on my hair after she had to fix it because the first time the color came out rust red all over. She had blamed the color she purchased saying that it must have been a bad batch. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I told her I would book again so she could get the color correct. She then ghosted me and did not return any of my calls or text messages. I reached out several times overall several weeks and I left messages on her work line as well.
