I messaged them on a weekend when they were aready closed about my daughter's cracked macbook screen, Byrom got back to me right away telling me he would be happy to make the repair. I paid for the screen the next day, dropped off the computer Monday, and picked it up Tuesday. It was like new. They charged approximately half the price other places had quoted.
