A person who shall remain…read morenameless dumped their dirty cleaning water down the toilet (my wife) along with the cleaning rag and plugged the toilet for the guest bathroom right before our guests were due to arrive on Sunday afternoon. I drove to Beartooth True Value shortly before they closed. Brian (the owner) helped us with selecting the right snake (less money). Mike who checked us out (an actual plumber) helped us select all the right parts if we needed to pull the toilet in order clear the plug. Brian gave us his cell number in case we needed to come back for a different snake or additional parts after hours. Repairs were a successful.
