When I go in there I love checking out the fish. But overall, the therapist pays attention to detail, and the skill is so good because of the technique that I need for my back my neck and my feet. I'm a type one diabetic for over 50 years and this really helps me. SASA even attended to me when I had low blood sugar and brought in sugar so that I could continue getting my massage and I am so thankful that people there understand my diabetes needs immediate attention Some days I need a deeper tissue massage and sometimes I like it more relaxing method and SA essay is able to do all of those and that is what I really like about this masseuse, especially I've had others that just don't get it and they don't seem to really want to work hard but SASA works very hard and is there to take care of my therapeutic needs I just hope that she doesn't get too busy because when you find someone who can really do a professional job you want that to continue, The restroom was very nice and very clean and they had nice facility there. I've never been there when it's overcrowded they don't overbook which I really like I've been able to get in there pretty much anytime that I call for an appointment which is really nice. I have photos documenting how my skin looked after the treatment. I contacted the business because I was concerned about what happened and requested a refund. My main goal was simply to get my money back for a treatment that left me with these marks. Instead of resolving the issue with me, my refund request was refused, and I was told they may pursue legal action for defamation. I'm sharing my personal experience and the condition of my skin following the treatment. I would have preferred for the situation to have been handled professionally with a refund and acknowledgment of my concerns. Based on my experience, I would not return. I may only be 19, but I understand that as a business owner, there's value in turning a bad experience into a positive one. Rather than setting her pride aside, showing some empathy, and making the situation right, which could have resulted in a happy customer and a glowing 5-star review, she chose to refuse a simple $80 refund request. Instead, that decision resulted in this review and me sharing my experience with friends and family. Sometimes, protecting $80 ends up costing a business far more in the long run. I also have a professional background in Emergency medical services and experience recognizing and assessing injuries, including burns. Based on my training and experience , the amount of pain, persistent redness, and changes in the appearance of my skin after the treatment were concerning to me for a thermal burn rather than the temporary redness I would expect from a normal treatment. I understand that the exact depth or degree of a burn requires appropriate medical evaluation, so I am not claiming a specific diagnosis here. However, what I experienced and photographed was concerning enough that I did not feel the treatment was performed safely, and I believe requesting a refund was entirely reasonable.
