Ya know, when I think of the word Elite, I think of top notch, exclusive service. Maybe it should be called AJ Average because nothing really reflects elite service except the prices. I set my fiancé an appointment here for the afternoon before I proposed to her. I was a bit disappointed. I set her appointment at least three weeks out. Yet we waited 20 minutes while walk ins literally walked in and into an open chair. I didn't make any requests for a specific tech so I didn't understand that. Also, my lady told them she wanted a design. When she sat down and told her tech what kind she wanted, he said he didn't do designs. So we waited on another lady to come do that. That turned out to be Anna. Anna was really nice and funny. No issues with her. I'm just surprised that this was the "nicest" salon in Branson. A bit "wack" if you will. There was very little sitting space for someone waiting. One little couch (that a three year old was stretched across the whole time on his iPad). My lady kept noticing things that were going off about her nails. She liked the design...but the shape of the nails were not consistent. I made an appointment for my five granddaughters and my daughter-in-law for a manicure. I was impressed that they could do all of them at the same time! When the girls were done with their manicures, they sat in the pedicure chairs and enjoyed a brief massage while my pedicure was finished. I chose the fastest pedicure because I knew the manicures would be done before I was. It was still one of the best I've had in a long time. Stopped by here while on vacation in Branson when my mom needed an emergency manicure for an interview she was having right after we got back from vacation. They had no problem taking us as walk ins for a gel manicure for mom and a pedicure for me. My manicurist was friendly but not overly talkative, which is perfect for me because I always find it stressful to chat with strangers and I always feel like they don't really wanna talk to me either lol. I got the classic pedicure for $30 and it last about 30 min. Really comfortable, good calf massage, nails look great. Really good experience overall. I couldn't find any place in town that does waxing but someone referred me here for an eyebrow wax. The place was packed with clients so I had to wait 20 minutes but no biggie. The lady who did my brows was super super sweet and didn't rush through the waxing. She took her time and did an excellent job! Worst manicure and pedicure! First I had to wait 20 minutes which was fine because I did not have an appt. The girl barely cleaned my cuticles on my pedicure and spent maybe 3 minutes total on my massage (the pedicure cost $42). When she gave me my manicure she soaked my fingers in cold water and did not even bother to give me a massage! She just sent me on my way! I've been to this place about 6 times over the summer and this was the second bad pedicure and manicure. Some of the older ladies are wonderful but I think they need to send the younger ones back to school! read more

We were in Branson on vacation and wanted to have our nails done before heading home. This is the worst manicure I've ever had. We both had a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was fair, however, the manicure was horrible! We both had French, the polish was over my cuticles and the white was coming off the next day. I would not recommend them to anyone. The polish had to be removed within 2 days. We were there over 21/2 hrs and we didn't have to wait. read more

They were able to take me right away but became busy shortly after & others had to wait 15-30 minutes. I had read about Teela but didn't ask for her.....but luckily I ended up with her.
