I look for the best deals of the day and the prices seem fair- I love when they do bundles and specials so keep an eye out for that! They also have a drive-thru for pre-orders- a great option for convenience that I used to use a lot. The parking lot can get a bit cramped but I've never had a major issue. There is a large, clean bathroom inside if you need it. The service is always pleasant and informative and medical patients get points towards rewards for their purchases. *they charge a fee if you pay with a credit card, so cash is best! They do have an ATM inside but I believe there is also a fee on that. I haven't been to other compassion centers/dispensaries in the area since relocating here from L.A., so I don't have much to compare it with in the state- but this place is my joint! pun intended ;)

I politely requested to view the screen to confirm the accuracy of my own information. However, the employee responded by arguing that this was not permitted, citing concerns about viewing other customers' data. I clarified that my request was solely to access and verify my own personal information, not that of any other customers-patients.Under Rhode Island's data privacy principles and patient protections, individuals have the right to access and review their own personal data. They said there was nothing I could do and gave me an 800 number. I called them and spoke to someone 3-4x and no resolution until I expressed my frustration over and over again. They said I needed to touch base with my home store, which I already did. They gave me a smidge of a resolution but even follow up-I was the one that requested a call back to make sure the issue was resolved. It just seems like management and customer service are very disconnected and it was unprofessional that I was never called back repeatedly and had to keep calling and addressing the issue on the phone and in store. I'm thinking of purchasing these products from GNC, as their rewards system is seamless and I never have any issues there.

While at Tree of life center I was told they could cure that so I gave them 3 months to do so and they did. I have full use of my thumb and very happy I do not have to have surgery. I have had 3 appointments with them for various things and am well satisfied.
