I knew what I needed a gift, a birthday card and batteries for the toy. This location is always packed and cluttered, and it's been this way since I was little. Just people and inventory always everywhere. I couldn't find the batteries an employee named Peter helped me and told me several places I could find batteries (very sweet), I grabbed all I needed and the batteries. The batteries clearly said 3.77 when I bought it to self check out it said 4.97, I signaled the young lady employee who had a serious attitude and told her and she said it rings up 4.97 , I continue to tell her all the batteries were in that spot with this price. I ask her if there are any batteries nearby versus me going all the way to the other side of the store which is where I originally started. She told me no. The only place was to get the batteries behind a register where I would need to get an associate. So I simply went all the way back to the spot where I originally got the batteries, took a picture and brought it back. The price was still not honored. I grabbed different batteries took a picture of that in case that became an issue as well. I told her to please remove the old batteries from the queue of things that I was buying and she said which one with a severe attitude that was the only thing that I had scanned was the batteries (I left my items with my boyfriend at he self checkout kiosk while I went to grab the batteries) . It's just straight up ghetto in here. I will not be returning. If you have employees, they need to be doing their job not just getting paid to do absolutely nothing. She much preferred to be chatting with her other coworker versus doing her job. I'm ONLY giving an extra star because Peter was a sweetheart otherwise I would give this place 0 stars. I have been faithful...for years...to CVS. As I was reading my kids their bed time story, I was…read morethinking...why...why CVS for so very long? Wall-to-wall carpet. Seems odd but that is the answer, friend. Every CVS that I walk into is carpeted. And quiet. And soothing. Odd because I can't stand wall-to-wall in my own home. Our hardwoods are torn to shreds but I will not staple down the poly fibers. But I think about other pharmacies and they all pretty much have the shiny tile squares that clickety-clack when you walk on them. Never knowing when they've been last polished, you gotta be careful your leather botton kicks don't slip. But CVS? No worries. Your heels are safely cradled in the soft carpet caress. And shiny tile squares remind me of cafeterias and hospitals...and...um...not so soothing thoughts. I especially like this location. They have a drive-up pharmacy and a tricked out photo lab with multiple scanners and one hour photo service. The store is always well-stocked, clean and neat. The in-store staff is terrific both at the front and at the pharmacy. Up front, they launch a code red type announcement if there are more than two people in line. Yeah - you know my time is valuable. Nice. The pharmacy staff churns out the prescriptions in record time and the actual pharmacist will walk out to help out with medicinal inquiries. The pharmacy calls now get routed to a call center, not the actual pharmacy. This annoys me because sometimes I want to talk to one of the pharmacists that I know. Knocks the star down a notch from being the total five star pharmacy wonder. The parking is easy. Location is convenient. Staff friendly. Carpet on the floor. Guess that covers it!

He said don't bother, there's nothing I can do for you. He was rude and unknowledgeable and unwilling to check with Walgreens. I had to go home and straighten it out with Walgreens on the phone myself. They informed me that all that was the matter is that I have to use the points in $5 increments. You can almost never reach the pharmacy on the phone at night. When I need a refill, Walgreens always says we'll contact your doctor but they never do. I have to contact the doctor myself. The price of food items and other stuff is crazy. The parking lot is always dirty.

The store is kind of old and not nicely remodeled, but it's large and roomy. I took time to check on their canes (prices, options, brands, etc) and they did have a good selection of them. As many other Walgreens, they have a large area for paper goods, snacks, health and beauty, vitamins, OTC items, etc. I kept running into this nice lady and she was always very pleasant and friendly, greeting me with a hello and a smile every time. Nice customer service.
