I stopped into Nona's one Saturday afternoon to check it out and was extremely impressed with this place. It was bright and clean; all of the glass pieces and more expensive items are locked up in beautiful, tall glass cases. They have a great selection of pieces from hookah pipes that look like pieces of art, bongs, pipes, chillums and they range from the inexpensive factory produced to the local handmade pieces. There is also a small selection of jewelry, candles/incense, accessories, pipe and cigarette tobacco. The girl working was really very sweet, helpful and knowledgable. This is my usual place of buisness. They are right down the road from me. It's a small shop but they have an ability to cover a wide variety of people's needs. Large selection of hookahs and shisha. Large assortments of glass pipes and smoking accessories. Good quality staff and knowledgeable people working for them. I personally go for the shisha. They have new shisha that some places haven't event gotten yet and always keep good stock. As many people would say they are quite pricey but in my experience is been worth the price. read more

The products here are fantastic. This review is not about Nona's goods, per say. This review is to warn future customers (specifically brown ones) about Nona's staff. Other than the owner (who, ironically, is brown skinned himself and very kind), the two main employees here are condescending and rude without FAIL. The older, brunette caucasian lady has been unpleasant, to say the least, each time I've visited the store. There's another employee, who I can only describe as a glasses wearing hipster (also caucasian) who dons a backwards hat, that is patronizing and I'm *pretty sure* might be a little racist. I've watched him serve other customers of a fairer complexion and his disposition was always so-so. When I have encountered him (numerous times), he has been... unpleasant, again, "to say the least". Rhode Island as a whole is filled with a few weirdos but you'd think a shop that sells weed paraphernalia would employ people who are a little more... chill, and a lot more progressive. read more

Ripped me off on cost of equipment and refused to help me swap out/warranty a 14 day old piece of equipment. Thought for the extra money I would get better customer service and somebody to help with my issue. Instead they direct me to the manufacturers website. Really awesome smoke shop, you won't be disappointed! Plenty of choices for original and unique glassware, vaporizers, etc. We almost drove by because it doesn't look like much on the outside, but we're so glad we went in!
