Since there was enough notice, they were able to reschedule us at no additional charge. The actual cleaning was superb. While we were at work, their team thoroughly cleaned our home. The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. She asked questions to understand my situation and recommended the service that suited the house best. The entire process was very transparent and seamless. The day before, I received a confirmation of who will be coming to the house and how long it would take. Despite the fact of the initial two workers were out sick, Alex came in herself to get started and didn't even ask me to reschedule.
