I found Palm Cleaning Systems in the Home Magazine. It was my first time trying out a company that specializes in cleaning tile. I had called Palm Cleaning Systems, requesting a free estimate. The business associate had offered to come by the house the next day to provide a estimate. He had walked through two different areas, bathrooms, and I had mentioned that grout needed to be repaired in both. He assured me that it would be repaired and look great afterwards. It seemed like a reputable company. The quote was quite expensive for the work and square footage. I decided to move forward. On the day that the work was to be performed, the gentleman whom did the first work on both bathrooms had lacked initial products first. He didn't understand the initial scope of work of the project either. After he had completed the first round, he had recommended not to use the tile for 24 hours. He had left and I had noticed that there was several tiles that were not grouted. On top of that, the grout color that was used didn't match the original color. The tile grout looks poorly now since the grout is different color. I had called back and expressed that the work wasn't complete. Another gentleman had stopped by the house a day later. He also lacked supplies and had to go out to buy additional supplies for the bathroom. He did fill in the remaining grout that wasn't completed before. It was a different color grout than what the other technician had filled in. My master bathroom has multi-color grout now unfortunately. It was expensive for the quality of work. They also didn't honor the discount that was marketed on the Home Magazine for grout cleaning. read more

We contacted Palm Cleaning Systems. Neil the owner came out gave a detailed assessment and estimate of job. Juan and Raymond were very professional. I'm in labor myself and I can tell you these 2 are keepers. They busted their butts and treated our home like it was theirs. I ask a lot of questions and they were very eager to explain the whole process. Very Good Customer Service and their work ethic is stellar! We feel it was a fair price and an excellent job done. I'm so disappointed. We had them scheduled to seal our countertops, tile grout, and clean the tile and grout. When they got done our grout was darker and discolored. Our "sealed countertops" weren't even done the proper way. There was lumps and bubbles, and it wasn't smooth to the touch. They scratched our marble countertops. Also we had baseboard damage. There was also rooms in our home that weren't even done. (Not proud of this) When I looked under our bathroom sink area in guest bathroom there was lint fuzz and other things. Which tells me they didn't even attempt to clean. When I called to schedule them to come fix the damages the estimator said he would call me back at 4:30 to schedule a time. That never happened. Monday rolls around and by this point we had to get a second opinion, there was something inside of me saying don't have them fix this it doesn't seem right. I called to get a full refund, which is what the AD said..."not happy we will give you a full refund" we literally had to fight with the owner on giving us our money back. He was admit in scheduling to come see the damage. So to be fair I agreed, I also had the second opinion company here to be support. I shouldn't be surprised but they had no idea what they were doing. The owner of company literally doesn't even know anything about the business he owns. Our second opinion company said "your suppose to clean the countertops first" the estimator for this company said oh really? I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. So in the end after much debate they agreed to give us a full refund. We are now having another company fix the damages and do the job proper. I would stay far away from this company. Worst experience ever! $450.00 damage to brand new baseboards. Technician. Joe, came out and he was immediately distressesed because there was furniture in two rooms, which I mostly moved for him.. he arrived an hour later than the time frame I was given. He used way too much water in the family room and ruined the baseboards in the entire room. The job was very poorly done. Footprints were left on the floors, the grout was not clean. The technician was rude. He was going to leave before helping me put the furniture back in place. He told me, "don't you have a husband, boyfriend or somebody who can help you put it back" Somebody from the company called me the next day to come out and repair the damage but he refused to give me information about himself. He was also rude. So I use my own Carpenter to repair the damage because I didn't trust this company to come out and rip off my baseboards and tear up brand new drywall in my home. They told me I could deduct the cost of the repairs from what I owe them. No way. I have never in my life not paid a bill but I am not giving them one penny it was the worst! do yourself a favor and do not use this company read more

Got our marble floors in our front lobby cleaned and polished here almost a year ago, and it looked good. Then we called them again when we received a promotional email for a special they have going on now. We scheduled an appointment for Monday March 11th to get an estimate of the lobby, and a separate estimate for a second room we were considering getting done. The owner came and argued with me about the second room needing a separate estimate, and didn't even take the measurements of the second room. He said he'll send over an email within a couple hours which we never received. I tried calling the following day, and the phone just kept ringing with no answer. I didn't receive a quote all week and tried calling again on Tuesday March 19th. The phone rang for over a minute and a half before it was answered. When I gave the woman who answered our business name she said she had no one in the system by that name, even though we had been serviced by them before. Then she said she had someone named Ashley, and I said that was my name, but the account should be under my business' name. She told me she had no idea we were supposed to receive a quote and had no idea what was going on. The owner was apparently on another call giving someone else a quote so she would call me back in about 20 minutes after getting in contact with him. I wasn't expecting her to call back, so I looked up the company and found all these reviews and I immediately called to cancel saying he didn't need to get back to us with a quote. She didn't ask why, just said she understood and that was it. Still pretty amazed a company that has such poor reviews doesn't have time to send over an estimate, but at the end of the day I'm glad they didn't, otherwise I wouldn't have seen what's happened to the company in the last year. read more

Juan is the best. Him and his crew did a very good job in cleaning the grout and tiles of my kitchen , living room hallway,laundry area and bathroom. They also cleaned the countertop granite and backsplash of the kitchen. Juan delivered what he promised in cleaning and sparkling results. He even gave me a big bottle container for extra cleaning supplies. Price wise is very reasonable and affordable compared from other cleaning companies (did my homework). Juan and Ignacio were amazing they really helped us out we have 1800 ft.² of custom cream of Marfell commercial grade marble it's three-quarter inch thick plus an additional 1200 feet of bamboo flooring in the bedrooms not to mention the tiles in the bathroom they did such a miraculous job you would be so wrong if you didn't hire palm cleaning systems and request these two guys. read more

Unfortunately this is not going to be a 5 Star review. We had the owner come out to give us an estimate. He was fairly certain we would be thrilled with the results of cleaning our tile floors. He was very wrong. The service they provide is not worth the money at all. They ruined all of the woodwork in the house and knocked the paint off of all the woodwork... oh wait... lets talk about the dirty water splashes all over the woodwork and paint that dries into dark brown water stains on freshly painted white baseboards. It was a complete disaster. And before you ask, yes, we paid for the service. But, never again. I do not recommend this service. Not unless you want to repaint and wipe the walls and the baseboards in your home. It took hours to repair, clean, and repaint. Very frustrating. I also want to say that the floor looks worse now than before... why, because some of the grout was pulled out and some was not... so now i have dark and light grout all over the floor. I can say all the 1 star reviews are dead on. We own two homes with marble floor and when the owner came, same thing as all the reviews by others say which is a lots of promises but no delivery of promises. The minute they started, no baseboard protection causing the paint to peel, different prices than promised, just plain sloppy work, many areas are not done so the floor has dull spots and shiny areas and we have to go after them one by one and then they just make all the excuses and would not do a thorough job and left. read more

Mr. Juan and Mr. Innacio are amazing! I have had several companies clean my kitchen tile, Alabaster White, floor over the past few years and the floor has never looked so clean and bright! The grout was sealed with the same color tint as the original color of the grout. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I had interviewed several other cleaning companies and was hesitant to hire those that used the "acid wash" method. Called around looking for a company to remove scratches out of my granite countertops. Palm Cleaning Systems was the only company who got back to me and booked me right away. The techs arrived on time and were professional. After the techs left I noticed they had splattered polish on my stainless steel appliances and tile floor and I noticed they had scratched my granite countertops even more with there equipment and failed to tell me . It took several weeks to clean up there mess. Had to replace my granite countertops due to damages.No would not recommend. read more

Palm Cleaning System cleaned and sealed almost 500 sq. ft. of ceramic tile in our house September 2018. After getting a couple of estimates and checking the reviews we chose Palm to do the work. It was pricey but the reviews convinced us decide on that company. We scheduled the appointment and were called when they knew that the technician was running late. The technician, Ignacio, did an excellent job of cleaning and sealing the tile, looks like new. However the ad states that a gallon of their floor cleaner would be provided free of charge; which was not provided at the day of the appointment. Since the first week of September I have made multiple phone calls to the office and received assurance that the cleaner would be dropped off; "even if I have to drop it off myself". Needless to say, as of the last week in October, it has not been dropped off. Therefore I will not recommend this company to anyone due to their failure to meet their commitment and promises. read more
