My boss found PC Closure and had them come out for a super reasonable rate (xerox charges $299 for 30 minutes and PC Closure charged us just a one time fee of $85 and ONLY IF they could fix it). Kenton was our tech and he was phenomenal. He fixed the jam problem and got the printer to work again but didn't stop there - he cleaned the entire printer and it prints like new!
