Second, they told me it was a bad battery, then told my it was the wrong charger. So probably just the wrong charger but thet still charged me to replace the battery. I paid $280 to replace the battery and replace the charger port, which I think is high. I bought my own new charger. Now 6/8 months later I need to replace the charger port, finding out that they didnt soder it back in. I'm not rich and I can't afford to pay for the same repair twice because they didn't do what they needed to the first time. So, if you want some arrogant dude to talk down to you while overcharging you for a half finished repair, this is the place. Otherwise go somewhere else. He is friendly. HE is VERY knowledgable. He removed the center monitor from my three screen set up. He replaced it with a new top of the line Lenovo with windows 11, a built in webcam, etc. He loaded Windows 11, reconfigures the three monitor setup. He cheked it all out to ensure everything was working perfectly. We said goodbye and he went his way. Then...the next day he sent me an eMail just to confirm that everything was still working 100%--(which is was, and still is). He knew what was wrong in a matter of minutes and fixed it. I felt a great sense of relief. All of the other places I contacted on Yelp wanted to do unnecessary expensive repairs and none of them would do an in-home visit.
