We spoke to Elizabeth on Wednesday, and she assured us it wouldn't be a problem. She said she would follow up so we could make payment. Thursday came--no follow-up--so we called again. She was busy and said she'd call us back. By Friday, after still not hearing anything, my wife called again and her husband answered. He gave us a completely different story, saying they couldn't deliver, didn't have room in his truck, and even implied that Elizabeth didn't charge us enough--like that was somehow our fault.
