I can say with a whole heart, this company Is the only one that delivered excellent service that I hired for my daughter's first birthday. They have done a few of my families parties already & we have gotten familiar with management there. They offer military discount and provide great combo deals. The only thing negative I got to say is they used to deliver balloons you ordered to be blown up when they drop off the tables and chairs, but they stopped doing that. But I can totally understand that because balloons can pop at no ones fault, but people would blame them if they did. So no judgment on that at all. Yes, we had a COVID-19 wedding and we planned it out in 3 weeks! We didn't know how we were going to get everything planned out so quickly but we are so grateful that GPR is the one stop shop for these types of things. All we had to do was walk in to the store and explain the vision. Half way through our explaining, Ruthie and Miguel started showing us what they could do. They knew exactly what we wanted and had a table in their showroom that they were able to decorate on the spot! They also had the plates, candle holders, silverware and other things to show. Before we left the store we were very confident that they would be able to help us pull this off! THEY FOCUS ON THE DETAILS! Leading up to the wedding, Ruthie and Miguel were in constant communication and even came out to the wedding venue to take measurements and map out where everything was going to go. On the day of the wedding, Ruthie and Miguel showed up with a crew and had everything set-up quickly. (we had a very small set-up window) The crew was dressed for the occasion and went the extra mile! We decided last minute(about a week before the party) to get a bouncy castle. We knew it was a gamble but when I called and spoke with Ruthie she was so sweet and accommodating and had me set up within a few minutes. She explained how the process would go and what I should expect as well as what their expectations were. Very straightforward and very easy to work with. A few days before our party we ran into a little snafu and the family member that was going to lend us their tables and chairs weren't able to anymore. I called GPR and spoke with Becca. I explained my situation and she was so pleasant and helpful. Again within minutes I had tables and chairs ordered and my problem was solved! The guys that delivered everything showed up right after the start of the delivery window so it gave me plenty of time to set everything up and to be ready for my guests. They were very polite and efficient. They brought everything to the backyard and set it up, sanitized the jumper and were gone! My baby was sleeping right above where they were setting up and they were so whipser quiet she didnt even budge! The quality of the jumper was excellent! It looked brand new! It's always a gamble when you call places to rent stuff like jumpers, you never know what the quality is going to be like. Our family wanted to give a shot out to a local business. @grandpartyrentals. This weekend we celebrated two of our kids birthdays that was to start at 2 pm. We had scheduled a water slide and tables with @ecasticbouncejumpers in hemet few weeks before. Confirmed every thing would be here between 9 -10 morning of 8/17 throughout that time. My husband texted them through out the morning but they were not here by 10, they said they had truck issues. Being understanding, we said thats fine and continued to wait. They then said that by mistake our jumper was delivered to the wrong party. They said they had a larger slide and would bring that. Maybe 30 minutes later they text and they said they found another 6in1 bouncer to bring and were on their way. At 12:30 they were still not to be found. I called and spoke to the lady which said again they were on there way. People started showing up at 2pm. We still had no tables or chairs. We kept trying to call them, even from different phone number but no one would answer. We were in panic mode! Hemet is only a 30 min drive. So my husband ran to https://www.facebook.com/grandpartyrentals/ in hopes they would have something but they were closed. He tried to call just incase. Thankfully @grandpartyrentals called us right back and were able to deliver a huge water slide, tables, and chairs for all my guest within 30 min. They saved out party! Not only did they offer the best prices, but their overall service was top notch. We ended renting tables, chairs, table linens AND 3 outdoor heaters as it was an outdoor New Year's Eve wedding and sit down dinner for 40 people. I asked if they would deliver to Palm Springs. She said the majority of their business comes from the desert. First of all, delivery and set up was right on time the day before the wedding per their request as they had several setups to do on NYE. I was thrilled as I wouldn't have to worry about that on the day of. After setting up the tables and chairs, they put the linens on the tables and the royal blue table clothes were gorgeous. The chairs were white and totally pristine. They were also quite comfortable. The heater rental included not only the propane, but they came out the next day prior to the arrival of my guests to turn on all the heaters, as they wanted to make sure we had no problems. (Those heaters can sometimes be finicky!). They asked if we minded if they picked up all of the equipment on Jan. 2, as they had a lot of pickups on the 1st. We were happy to oblige.
