There is plenty of wood throughout, but enough steel to give it more of a trendy feel. They offer massages, manicures, and there are pedicure and hair dye stations tucked away, so if you require those services, you're not parading through in front of all the guys getting their hair cut in the 8 or 10 seats in the center of the shop. My stylist was very personable, but not like the "fake" nervous chat you get from someone who just graduated. You can get in and out within 20 minutes or so, and they really do a great job. The cuts can be pricey ($25 or more), but since it was opening week, they knocked it down to $18. Definitely going back. I want to keep my man-card, so I'm still on the fence with the massage and the pedicure, but I'm all in for another cut!

He offers some nice extras such as straight edge razor neck trim, eyebrow trim at no extra charge. You can, also, get a straight razor shave and he even offers facials (additional fee) if that is your thing. The shop is open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm (closed holiday weekend such as Labor Day, Memorial Day). By appointment of walk in. The shop is right off the Loveland trail behind Paxton's Grill at W. Loveland in Historic Downtown Loveland. Gigi is the shop mascot (Rick's dog). Also, I know he is looking to add additional barbers, since he pretty much works the shop 7 days a week himself now. So you may not find Rick if you go in on the weekend as he brings on new barbers.

He looked at watch as if it was going to be tight although the store was to be open another 2+ hours. While waiting and in chair, rap music blaring in shop with n*gg*r and a**hole prominent in the lyrics. Previous customer charged $35. I asked for similar cut. I was charged $40. Asking why I was told "I am charging $40 from NOW on and he is a regular customer." I guess he does not need me or the other 800 employees of my company to become regular customers. When I told him the music was in appropriate, he said that shop employees had their own mixes and this was what came up. As a business you are responsible for the music to which you subject your customers. Unfortunately this was a sub-par performance because I did like the haircut.
