The interruption set off my dog and caused unnecessary chaos, which is exactly why that sign is there in the first place. It's one thing to quietly leave a flyer. It's another to physically open someone's door, ring, and knock after seeing a sign that says not to. That's a complete disregard for boundaries and basic professionalism. If this is the level of attention they give to a clearly posted instruction, I can only imagine how careless they'd be with an actual paint job. Definitely not a company I'd trust.
