I was in need for basic air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. After hearing so many scams of dishonest company taking vantage of senior citizens, I was scared if I would hire the wrong company. And she texted me a reminder two days before the appointment. The technician Mor cleaned the AC duct with the professional equipment connected to the AC vent on the kitchen ceiling and vacuumed for 25 minutes (based on the size of the house). He also vacuumed, cleaned the AC return vent. The dryer vent was taken care of from the outlet on outside wall of the house. I originally called in May to have the ducts in my place cleaned and sanitized. There was a delay in the tech's arrival and the office was very prompt to let me know and work out another time. Mor was the technician, and he did a great job, very knowledgeable and professional. During the visit we discussed the benefits of having a UV light installed, and that was done too at a very reasonable price. Fast forward to last week. I had been out of town for two months. I noticed a red light flashing through a window in the air handler and called to see if something was wrong. Mor returned the next day and very kindly and politely showed me that the indicator light for the UV system was in another part of the air handler. Everything was fine, except of course my embarrassment ! I highly recommend this business. I had Del-Air (HVAC company) come and do a maintenance on my HVAC unit they then tried to upsell me an outrageous amount to replace my air ducts so I decided to have Clean air pros come out and take a look. They are NACDA certified and the HVAC company was not. After the inspection it turned out my ducts were in great shape and did not need to get replaced. Clean air pro's gave me their suggestions and did not try to upsell me. They also gave me a great price on a UV light for my HVAC that the HVAC company was charging me 10x more for.
