The person who answered the phone didn't have an idea themselves. In fairness they claimed to be new but from a customers perspective it's importan to know what I'm getting for my money. I'd like to see more clarity in the packages and services offered. That being said, I can say that without a doubt the service itself was upstanding and extremely professional. When they arrived they notified me that they only had 1 person to do the job instead of the 2 people which they state they typically arrive with. The gentleman who arrived was on time, stayed beyond the expected timeframe to ensure that there was nothing overlooked. I was impressed by this as my initial experience so felt a bit lacking. I'd certainly say that services provided seemed fairly priced and the service received was certainly to expections. I'd recommend them to my friends and family and will certainly consider doing business again in the future.
