Paid $25 for best wash. I was going thru touch screen process and the boy, literally, walking in little circles by the arm that goes up came over and touches the screen to make me start over then tries to upsell me. The boy, when I drove into the wash sprayed a little bit of something on front of vehicle, not on hood, windshield, AND grill/lights - shot a lot over the vehicle and got some on hood. He did nothing to back. When I parked by vacuums, the majority of the back of my short box pick up truck wasn't even wet. Beside those to kids, there was no other visible workers. No towels. The website says they have washer fluid and towels. Neither were offered. The site, also, said high performance vacuums - I tried 3 different vacuums and none had enough suction to get the grass & sand off the floor. A couple blocks down is a GO car wash - it costs a little less and no towels offered either but they spray front/back of vehicle and use scrubber b4 entering wash. One of their brushes had debris and scratched up my truck's hood. Made report, was told they had to call me. There is no phone at their location so after 2 weeks, I had to go back in person just to be given a number to call. I called, they said they'd call me back after checking cameras, never called back. I called and no more answering. 3 license plates and 1 rear camera torn off, I think it's time to give up on this place. read more

They have great vacuuming equipment and the staff is always very friendly. The washes are better than the quick ones at the gas station. Love the little adjustments they recently made, like reducing the vacuums noise level by using blue foam paper Very convenient and will be coming back! read more

Dropped in when we were visiting from Dallas for a quick wash. I have to say the line was extremely long but the girls were extremely efficient at getting cars thru. That being said the car wash was less than stellar. Lots of wet spots and areas not cleaned well. The wax I think was a waste of money. Great area to clean the inside. Mat holders are awesome and vacuums has good suction. Brownsville does not have a great choices for car washes and felt for the wash quality it was overpriced. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the vacuum area. Next time I'm in town I'll try a different option. read more

I hate this locality. I prefer driving all the way to Harlingen. So sad, 25 mins further. They have Signs stating no loud music. They let people blast their corridos or tacky Mexican music. I guess staff is afraid they'll get complained on for trying to enforce that rule. It's not a law people. It's just having common courtesy. It might be Brownsville people that don't have scruples and think everyone likes the driver's music. That's Brownsville for you. Don't get me wrong I love music. But when I wash my car if I follow rules and don't play my preference why should I listen to yours? read more
