I feel badly for those who had a non-typical experience but other than waiting sometimes due to long lines my loan payout and re-writing experience has always been a positive one. If you go mid-afternoon the line usually is much less and thus you are processed sooner. I have used them for any of service except for the payday loan so cannot speak on those topics. The wonderful aircon system is a pleasant relief as we are still experiencing the late summer heat in the high 90's. After a lengthy data mining process, he said my tax return was being sent electronically to the IRS and everything was finished. He charged me $140 for the total process. Their ATM machine didn't work and I had to write a check. Ray is a nice guy and seemed to know his stuff but he really should retire and sell the place.
