As soon as I got out of my car, Andrew yelled across the yard asking what I needed and immediately began complaining about how he'd been "pissy" with everyone that day and that he was supposed to have left an hour earlier. I apologized for the inconvenience, but instead of simply telling me they were closed, he questioned me about my insurance, told me my insurance wouldn't cover the damages, and was rude throughout the entire interaction. After I got my keys, I calmly told him he could have been a little kinder, especially since I had just been through a traumatic accident less than eight hours earlier and had no way of knowing they were closed. As I walked away, he yelled, "I wasn't yelling, but I can if you want me to." I understand people have bad days, but there was no reason to treat a customer this way. If customers aren't supposed to stop by, the business hours should be listed accurately. A little empathy goes a long way, especially in the towing industry, where people are often already dealing with stressful situations. I won't be using this company again or recommending them to anyone.
