He said he would have a truck to my son in 15-20 minutes. Next we tried to find a tire store to replace the shredded tire but everything was closed. My son texted and said the driver (Mike) viewed the slate and put the spare on for him. Did I mention my son is going back to school two weeks early as he has a hockey tournament in Nashville and is catching the team bus tomorrow at 1 PM in Columbia, MO. They finally called us back and said they could not tow us until the next morning. Really?? We learned the next day the company has a Jacksonville number but is based out of Springfield.
