He took my address and said he would come by next day (Tuesday) at 5 pm to give me a quote. At 5:10 I called to see if he was still coming as it was dark. He acted surprised .. then said " oh I forgot" can you give me your address again? I asked if this was his norm for doing business and he said "no" . I asked if he still wanted to come give a quote he said yes. he said tomorrow at 5 pm. I said are you sure? That's really cutting it close. He said I'm sure. Ok. We had a date for estimate. I got stuck in Oakdale with my grandson and text him I would be late which means we would have to reschedule due to it being dark. I felt horrible about it. My husband is elderly so a 40 year old yelling at my husband was not appropriate for the situation. They were saying rude stuff in Spanish until they realized I spoke Spanish too. They did a great job cleaning the adjacent yard that sustained some of the messy droppings, and that neighbor commented that he was very impressed with their service. They did an amazing job. Cut them down with precision and ground up the piece and then they ground the stumps all out which was amazing to watch. They were completely gone and so needed as we extended out 2' to have the driveway parking area wider. We would highly recommend them for your project to remove any trees or if you need trimming. Fast and reliable. They showed up with Crain bucket for their primmer and cutting these really tall trees down safely and efficiently. Totally professional and knowledgeable in their work.
