On the day of the removal, Rod and his crew showed up early, got right to work, and had that beast of a tree completely removed within the 3-4 hour timeframe they originally gave us. They even helped us temporarily remove a section of our fence so they could get in and grind the stump, which was a huge help! Debris in our pool, ground and surfaces of backyard furniture and collectibles. Rude supervisor got mad because we tossed stuff back over the fence. He claimed we hit his back on purpose. My husband is elderly so a 40 year old yelling at my husband was not appropriate for the situation. They were saying rude stuff in Spanish until they realized I spoke Spanish too. They did an amazing job. Cut them down with precision and ground up the piece and then they ground the stumps all out which was amazing to watch.
