Extremely poor customer service and shady business practices. I was calling to try and get this business to bail out my brother today, Thursday, the day before Veterans Day and this so-called "24 hour" bail bonds service was not answering the phone. My family and I are literally racing against time trying to get my brother bailed out because the police told my brother if he doesn't get bailed out tonight then he has to stay in jail through the weekend, until Tuesday. So you could imagine how frantic and worried we are while we kept calling waiting for someone to answer. The guy who was working today at 6 pm kept forwarding our calls. How do I know he was forwarding our calls? Because he finally picked up and said "I'm not helping you guys" I asked why? He says "Because I don't help people that keep calling!" Wow! I could not believe this. At a time where we were already worried and frantic, this is what this business has to offer. Take my advice and go to another bail bonds.
