I do not recommend this company at all. My husband contacted them regarding his bail, and instead of providing timely assistance, he was told they would go to the courthouse "whenever," even after explaining that he had a book and release to complete and that it was his last day to do so. This was an urgent situation, and their lack of urgency was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the interaction was very unprofessional. Instead of offering helpful service, the woman he spoke with began lecturing him, which was both inappropriate and frustrating. When you reach out to a business for help, especially in a time-sensitive situation, you expect professionalism, respect, and prompt service--not to be spoken to in a condescending manner. It felt like because they weren't going to make much money off the situation, they chose to handle it on their own time rather than prioritizing a client in need.
