So, I can't be too mad about getting ignored because you really can't get ghosted by someone that you never actually met. And here we are. We've called and left messages three times, stopped by, and messaged them on Yelp throughout the last three months. Nothing. I'm starting to wonder if anyone actually works here or if it's a front for the Western Mass Mafia. I generally don't review places that I haven't experienced, but it's hard to have an experience when they won't even return a phone call. I'm giving them two stars instead of one because maybe there's something going on that I don't know about (illness, financial hardship, being overwhelmed, mafia stuff, etc). In the meantime, we'll try one of the other places in the region.

I had to do the finish work by re-installing the baseboards that he removed. Then after a year, give or take, I had a roll in the carpet, so I called and spoke with them about fixing-never came. Since then I have called and left a message 2 or 3 times, no return call. Finally, a few months ago I caught up to him in person at his shop, gave him all the info and still nothing. I know it's not easy in southern VT, but do yourself a favor, find someone else.

"Western Floors" surpassed all our expectations! We would like to commend the hard work and enthusiasm shown by their entire crew. Florin Condorachi, the hands on owner, kept us updated daily, sometimes multiple times, regarding the time frame of each aspect of the job, and what would be achieved on each work day. Florin also facilitated getting wood molding made to color-match the original cabinets. The crew arrived on time daily even when it snowed! They were cordial, receptive to questions and worked as a team. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and always let us know what was performed that day and what they would be doing the next work day.
