Duane, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable in ingredients in the supplements he carries and is a very good source of information to guide you toward the right supplements for your goals. They forgot to include one of my items in the order, item was kept in their counter. I had to come…read moreback to get it. Didn't receive an apology. Later I asked in they had a certain product. I even pointed to a similar item and tried to give many descriptions. They said they didn't carry it. Later I found by myself a counter full of choices of said product. I asked if I could renew my GNC card there, which is a courtesy every GNC store so far has granted me and they said they could only do it if I paid the full renewal fare again.

I had to tell one employee no three times and another no five or six times, before they finally accepted that I was really and truly not interested. All I wanted was to quickly and easily purchase a couple supplements. It's not good business to annoy one's customers. It just makes internet sources seem like a better option.
