He then tells me I have to move it. I did not move it because it never had his name OR A SIGN THAT STATES PRIVATE PARKING there. So he was upset I did mention that's free parking. It being right in front of his door I guess no one was suppose to park right there but okay tell all the other companies they have a parking spot with there imaginary name on it and no one can park right there. He felt entitled since then. That's incident #1 . Incident #2 We was regular customers. I think he was intimidated by my fiancé because my fiancé told him they sell Delta which they do. Then ever since then he picked with us when we came into the store. Side eyed screw faced us. We still spent money. We are from NY so we don't know many smoke shops and we stay right in Dublin so this was very close. Last time we went in he told us he don't take card anymore we need to give him cash. But before we was the next person he rung the person out in front of us out with a card. From that day forward we knew we was right he was targeting us after all. It's alright we won't be back. He told us to get out his store because we called him on his shit. He rung someone else out with a card and everytime we came into that store we used a card never cash. He was messing around with us but his customer service is terrible even before the interaction. I feel like if you know NOTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL YOU SHOULDNT BE IN THAT TYPE OF FIELD.

I came here for the first time today, looked like a nice shop. The space is big and open with lots of racks of juice and a wide selection of devices to choose from. I have a eleaf trim mod that only goes up to 20w and I was looking for a larger tank to go with it. The guy at the counter suggested the tobeco super mini tank and said it should work fine with my device. I bought it, and tried it out and was unhappy to discover it leaked everywhere! I came back in and they said well maybe it was my device or my juice, and that it was "normal" to have juice go in your mouth when you inhale. Um no it's not, but ok then. So I asked for a return and store credit at the least. The guy went and talked to the manager and said sorry nothing we can do. So you sell me a faulty device, try and make up excuses why it doesn't function properly, and then just say sorry too bad? Shops could probably get away with this back in the day, but with so many vape shops around and so many online stores available, customers have too many options to shop at a store with such disregard for the customer. It's sad that a local business would rather lose a customer than even consider giving a partial refund of a measly $20. Is losing a new customer really worth $20 to this shop? What a bad way to run a business. Even if they had zero fault in this situation I would still expect them to try and work with me. Bought three very overpriced pieces, none of which were marked, all of which he quoted random prices for, which changed a time or two (went up) and then he threw them, NOT GENTLY, into the bag with no wrapping whatsoever. He did not have even a modicum of professionalism and was far from polite, staring us down at the window again as we left, watching every move we made, even inside the car, until we left the lot. When we got home, we realized one piece was cracked. Tried to take it back, a $20 piece and he said we broke it. We told him no, he threw them in the bag with no wrapping so HE broke it and we want our money back. He said no money back but he gave us a MUCH cheaper piece, probably $8 at most and said you can have that instead. Left and went to an established shop across town where they could not have been any more welcoming, had FAR cheaper prices, a much better selection, and everything was on a professional level, including all glass wrapped before being put into the bag. I will never, ever, ever, go to spaced out glass again and I recommend you don't either. You'll just waste time and money and be treated rudely not to mention the fact, most of their pieces are cheaply made crap they're trying to pass off as high end glass.

I walked in right before close last weekend and told the woman all of the above and what I had tried, what flavor I liked. She explained how the mesh grades work - she even had two different unit sizes I hadn't been told about previously - and recommended two flavors for me (they have a ton!) and she nailed it!
