came here twice, first was to get some tires put onto my wheels and while they went on without damage, the environment is super unfriendly and you basically have to walk into the shop and intiate a conversation with someone otherwise you'll be walked past. The second time i went i called to schedule a time i could come in so I came in at that time but after that time I was made to wait 2 hours more then when I finally got my alignment it wasn't even good, the wheel still needs to be held at a slight turn and the car sways to the right. Additionally, the car was left dirty and i believed the guy who drove my car had rubbed against something because there was black marks on my paint which was extemely hard to get out. read more

10/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I am thankful they had my tire size. 1 owner did not care about customer service. I had to wait 1 hr & 20 minutes or so to get my 1 tire replaced, I showed up at 5:20pm and left about 6:30 pm. They had 1 person ahead of me, they took their time coming to my car to assist me. By the time they came to put my tire on, they wanted to put the person behind me, tire on first, so they could leave before me. This was the worst customer service ever. I would never give this place my business again. **Also beware of the guy who says "he doesn't work there, but he just doing his job" This place needs to do better. Called on a Saturday afternoon and they had no problem working me into their schedule. Instead of telling me I had to have a new tire they suggested a patch which has worked just fine. They asked what kind I wanted and asked their professional opinion and again, no nonsense answer. I called other places later because I thought these guys were too good to be true. I have a BMW that has a very specific tire on it. They told me they couldn't replace that tire because they didn't have it, but we're able to get me a tire that would work. Last time this happened to me it cost me $600 a tire to replace. They were able to do it for $65 a tire. Super fast and easy to work with. Will be back read more

Absolutely do not recommend this place. Super unprofessional and not good service at all. Will have to go somewhere else One of the workers girlfriend was screaming the two times i was there. Something was wrong with her and i'm not sure why she was there. She literally started kicking the jack that was holding my car. She even drove some of the customers car. I have read several negative reviews regarding this place. This is a place where you go to buy tires and wheels for a good price. If you're on a budget they have a wide selection of used tires that are very in expensive. Family owned and operated. If you want a quick patch go to tire kingdom where they have 10 people working. I just bought wheels and tires for 75% of what I would've paid anywhere else. If you are in a hurry drop the car off and come back later. read more

HORRIBLE. Do NOT go here. I took my wheel in for a simple tire puncture repair. I was told it would take 15 minutes and I could be back in 30 to pick it up. 2 hours later, the job still wasn't done. After waiting an additional hour, I went back to pick up the wheel to see that the puncture had been repaired, but the tire was completely flat and it hadn't been balanced. To make matters worse, they scuffed my wheel pretty badly (see photo). They then demanded full payment on a very poorly, half done job. They said their equipment was "damaged" so they couldn't complete the repair. I'm not sure why i was made to wait 3 hours when you knew right then that your equipment wouldn't work? Seemed convenient. When I told them that I wouldn't pay because I didn't receive what I had gone for, I was told to speak to the manager, who very rudely said "don't come back". It's safe to say that 1) AK doesn't care about customer service and 2) AK doesn't do quality work. If you want your car running smoothly, stay far away from this dump. read more

Absolute amateurs. Went in for an alignment and the first try they ended up screwing it up worst and turned my slight drift into a constant pull to one side. The second time the got it barely better than when I started off but now come to find that they removed my wheels to do it and cross-threaded and stripped nearly all of my front lugs! If you are so amateur and lazy that you dont know to hand tighten a lug before using an impact gun on it then you have no business touching my truck or anybody else's for that matter. Now a simple break maintenance is going to cost me 3x as much because they have to replace all the studs and lugs as well.... read more

They have always given me good tires at a great price. They do quality alignment work at an excellent price. The wait time was a little longer than desired, but they will work extremely late if necessary to ensure your work is done right. I'll definitely keep going to AK tires for my tire needs. read more

As a woman I always get over charged or get my car back not fixed properly. Very friendly staff prices are low and tires are new. Last place sold me new tires but they were really used and I had to replace after 6 months. I appreciate the honest work done for a good price. I see other people not happy with them but I have no complaints they fit me in on a busy Friday so I could have my car back to visit my mom for mothers day. This is my 2nd time showing up to this tire shop with more than enough time for them to perform a tire service. Today was the last straw. I went there are after calling and speaking with the lady asking to have A rim mounted on a tire currently on car and then balance then installed. I got there I waited 15 minutes before they finished with the customer ahead of me then the older guy asked if I had been helped? I advised them I had not. he goes inside the young kid at the counter immediately says "oh we don't have enough time to service you". mind you they close at 7:00 p.m. the time is now 640 Ish when they finally said they could not help me. meaning I was there by 625pm WAITING... This is ridiculous. Just because you want to go home and sit on your ass and you have a time that you close does not mean that you turn away customers when you DO have the time to service a customer. We have the money and we need service. if I ran a business I would be MORE THAN HAPPY to service a customer that came in BEFORE CLOSING TIME even if I left a little later.. This is the 2nd time that they have done this saying that we don't have enough time when you're servicing customers even though you close at a certain time you make that provision and make sure that they have the service that they need before pulling off your lot. piss poor service and I would NOT suggest using them. business taken elsewhere. read more

Watch out for these guys, they are running some kind of shady business over there. I was there trying to get some used tires and they bought out a pair of Michelin used tires and quoted me $110 for the pairs. They looks fine to me and we agree to the price. They took over an hour to install the 2 tires which I thought it took way too long since I'm the only customer in the place. Now I walked out and noticed the two tires they put on was Firestone tires. What kind of bait and switch is this? I called them and they said "oh those tires we showed you were bad so we replaced them with the Firestone." Wtf?? Why nobody said anything to me at the time? The guy worked there gave me all kind of excuses like oh we didn't want to waste time letting you know cuz we were busy. Busy with??? I was the only customer in that shop at 11am. And then he said "Well Michelin are really not good to drive with in Florida." If this comment alone don't set some alarm going off to anyone who's reading this, I don't know what will. Avoid this place, also as I walked in, there was another customer in there yelling and he seems irritated, they probably was doing something shady with his tires too. read more
