My first indication of a lack of communication was when the workers almost placed mulch around the front instead of the rocks we asked for. Initially that was my only concern, but months later it is obvious that they don't know what they are doing or intentionally ripping people off since the grass they planted doesn't match the grass that was already there, onto of huge bare spots in the back that I have added grass seed to myself over the last couple years. I've tried calling the company with them never returning my calls. Horrible customer service and no professionalism.
