I had OBA out to correct my chimney on my house. The first team did not fix the problem last year. However, they have a lifetime warranty. It took a few schedule misses before a team could come out to try again. The team that came out today was exceptional. Paul P was the crew leader with Steven M, Robert S, and Laywandre J. Paul agreed to try and lift the chimney this time to correct the problem. He was able to lift the chimney by three inches. I think that this team did a much better job than the one from a year ago. They also cleaned up the yard where they dug so you can't even tell they were here. Great job this time! read more

Stay away from this company. In 2013 I had them rebuild part of the foundation with new floor joist in crawl space under kitchen. They did it wrong to begin with. I was to have a crawl space opening (door) installed and they did not do it. and yes i paid for it. Now 13 years later that exact part of foundation is falling. (not even attached to house, the blocks are falling apart and crumbling) This company says they are not responsible and it isn't covered under warranty. After spending thousands of dollars to fix the problem now I have to spend more to correct the issue and get an attorney to help with this matter. I am requesting a call back at your earliest convenience so that we can work through a matter of increasing concern regarding the waterproofing work performed on my property. Approximately five years ago, I contracted The Basement Guys to waterproof my basement. Shortly thereafter, I encountered an issue near the oil tank carrier -- an area that was not waterproofed during the initial service. Once the oil tank was moved, that area was subsequently waterproofed. For the next five years, the system appeared to function as expected. However, on June 19th of this year, following significant rainfall, the system began to leak. I contacted The Basement Guys using the phone number listed on my original contract. That call directed me to your company, Ohio Basement Authority. I spoke with a representative who located my information and scheduled a technician to visit the property, which I greatly appreciated. During the inspection, I showed the technician video evidence of water pouring into the basement during the rain. After reviewing the footage and inspecting the installation, the technician informed me that the system had been improperly installed and needed to be redone. He contacted your internal team and advised me that someone would reach out within 24 hours to schedule the repair. Approximately 45 minutes after the technician left my home, the basement wall collapsed. I immediately contacted the technician, who returned promptly and installed temporary supports. He reiterated that the collapse was caused by the improper installation of the original waterproofing system. In the days that followed, I spoke with Marc, who I understand to be the General Manager of your Twinsburg office. He sent out your concrete mason, Aaron, who provided a quote for repairing the wall. Later that day, Marc arrived and performed his own inspection. After cutting open the wall plastic and examining behind it, he concluded that no track system had been installed on 90% of the original basement area -- only around the oil tank, where work had been completed later. The lack of a track system, and the concrete pinching the plastic against the wall, prevented water from draining properly, effectively trapping it behind the walls. Over the years, my children had playfully pushed against the wall during rainstorms and noticed it moved like a waterbed -- not realizing that this indicated a serious issue. We never experienced any visible leaks until the event six weeks ago, which prompted me to contact your office. I have since consulted my own contractors, your technician, and your mason, Aaron. All parties have confirmed that the failure occurred due to hydrostatic pressure building behind the wall because the improperly installed system did not allow water to drain. This ultimately caused the wall to collapse. Over the past six weeks, I have continued to work with Marc. He has repeatedly promised, via text message, that your company would cover the cost of repairs and reimburse me for damages. I have retained all communications. My attorney has advised me that those text messages constitute a binding written agreement. As of today, those assurances have not been fulfilled, and Marc is now in breach of that contract. One slab, though improved by grinding down the adjoining slab, could not be lifted due to interference from an adjoining property. 1 / 2 We had a mixed, at best, experience with Ohio Basement Authority. Our project was a complete finishing of our basement. In November of 2024, when meeting with the sales point of contact, we had a professional experience. They took about two hours to come out, hear our wants/needs, give us additional ideas, take measurements and put together a quote. We ended up awarding OBA our project Dec 2024, and the project start date was April 2025. Before the project began, it became clear that multiple items from the initial agreement and draft did not make its way to the project team that would actually be handling it. As a result, we had to approve change orders that cost us several thousands of dollars that were not a part of our original quoted figure (but would have been if everything were accurately depicted from the get-go). We were given a verbal estimate of 8-10 weeks to have the project completed (i.e. mid-June/early July 2025), and encountered many delays throughout the process. Our project got pushed out to "probably by the end of August", then September, and then eventually was completed in mid-October, taking nearly six months beginning to end. Our experiences were that the sub-contractors were by and large personable and had varied amounts of skills - some were clearly learning on the go and were being trained on the job with our project being their own personal petri dish of sorts, and others were definitely more seasoned in the field. We saw the differences in quality of work between these two groups. There were several instances where work had to be redone due it to being done improperly the first time. We often heard from the sub-contractors that they didn't know what to expect when they arrived on site as they were getting poor communication from the office, and that the company was in the midst of high turnover amongst laborers and management alike. Throughout the entirety of the project, we felt as if our project didn't matter, and had a very difficult time communicating with anyone (office points of contact, our project manager, etc). It was always us having to bring concerns to them and reaching out to confirm that an individual was actually coming out on a given day (50% success rate on that). 2 / 2 Eventually this came to a head, and we had to reach out to the BBB to feel as if we were actually getting OBA's attention. After that point, we had another individual assigned to our project as the point of contact, and from then on we largely saw progress as promised and had a much better two-way communication (thank you Justin!). Overall, we would not recommend doing business with OBA at this time until they've resolved internal organizational issues that impact the projects they've taken on. We are happy with how our project ultimately turned out, but it was an incredibly stressful six months of our lives and something that we felt as if we were an afterthought throughout the first five months of the project. read more

We're not trying to badmouth a company, but we want to warn future customers to proceed with caution before signing with Ohio Basement Authority (OBA). We signed in mid-May 2025 for framing, drywall, outlets, and insulation in a 23' × 18' basement. Five months later, we still don't have a firm start date, and materials have been sitting in our home for nearly a month. From day one, the sales representative and project manager made verbal promises that proved untrue. It felt like OBA waited almost the full 150 days allowed in the contract to deliver materials--avoiding a technical breach while leaving us in limbo. Our project manager opened the project in July but stopped responding to texts from July through October. Repeated calls to the office led to promised callbacks that never came. Later we learned the project manager had left the company--something no one ever told us. Overall, we felt the company protected its own timelines and cash flow at the expense of honest communication. If a company causes customers to spend time and energy writing a review like this just to warn others--or to even start considering legal action to get answers--that alone says a lot about how it treats its customers. If you're considering OBA, read the contract carefully, get everything in writing, and be cautious about upfront payments. Based on our experience, we recommend looking for a contractor with stronger transparency and accountability. P.S. Working with Ohio Basement Authority was truly an unbelievable experience. The levels of incompetency that each of the 50 people I had to interact with during this process was baffling (except for the customer service representatives, they were awesome every time and tried to move heaven and earth for me despite having to deal with this multiple times a week for five months!) I actually had to shorten the review because it was too long, there was so much that went wrong. Hilariously long story short, I had water getting into my sunroom. Had a few companies out to see why it was happening and what needs done to fix it. Everyone recommended a french drain install and to grade the area away from the home. Great! I went with OBA because of their great reviews and their estimate price was right in the middle. Big mistake! I get quoted $4.5k and they come out in a month from when I approved the work. They dig up the yard and lay pipe, tell me the downspouts are broken at the storm drain connections and need repaired, the job cannot be done that day. No problem, things come up and there was no way to know this was a problem. Quick aside, at the beginning that I said this process took over five months. Not once in those five months was I ever followed up with. At all, about anything, ever. I'm not kidding. Learning it needs additional work, I waited for most of that week and never heard from anyone. I start calling the main number, eventually getting transferred to service, whoever I do get transferred to has no idea what I'm talking about and has no clue they have to come back my house and that they just left the yard full of trenches and pipe. Whenever I get connected, I get the "we'll look into it and call you back" to which I never ever got a call back. Eventually I get an appointment and someone comes out and looks at everything. Now the $4.5k job is $10k. Whatever, I tell them to do it as my yard is a mess and they're already halfway done, what am I gonna do? They send a crew out weeks later and they don't even know what they are there for. They did not know they had to repair the downspouts and told me I need a plumber to camera the lines to see where the connections need to be made. HJack's came out swiftly and did a great job, identified the connections and told me the storm drain by the street is destroyed because the telephone pole pierced it. I call the city and get an appointment scheduled immediately, that is fixed within a month. OBA at this point has no idea what my job even is. I call another 10 times and have to explain to their service department and their supervisors what needs done. Eventually I get another appointment scheduled to repair the downspouts and complete the job. Several appointments happen from here, they send one guy during a snowstorm, he doesn't even know why he's here and can't do the job. They schedule again for a thunderstorm and they can't work. (the weather was know each time, I asked them if they could do the work with, they say yes) Finally, five months later job is done and the pictures show how they left the yard. Hilarious. The same night they left we got normal rain and water gets into the sunroom. Hilarious! They left the yard a mess of dirt and concrete and it was sloped even heavier toward the house now. Truly incredible experience. I gave them a down payment at the start and that is all they are getting out of me for leaving my yard a disaster for five months and then doing nothing but making the yard worse! I spent a full day myself after they left it like that just cutting up and disposing of the concrete they left in the middle of the path and digging the yard to try to slope it away from the house somewhat. We'll see if that did anything but I now am just going to totally redo the whole back patio area, which I could've had done months ago and with the money I wasted on these clowns. Hilarious experience in the end, could not recommend less. They still haven't called or texted pictures like they said they would to make sure the place looks good and to collect payment. read more

Would give negative stars if possible. Were initially a nightmare to work with. Took calling and talking to a multitude of different people. To their credit they did remediate and offered a good solution. They quoted at 9k, then tried to bump it to 20+k. I had to take time out of my work schedule to even get a return call and kept getting passed from person to person. So I had work done mid February of this year on my homes foundation through Ohio Basement Authority, and this week we experienced our first major rainfall since the work was done. Surprise standing water in my basement. I've lived in my home for 5 years and my basement has ALWAYS been bone dry, until the recent precipitation. When consulting with plumbers, they surmised that it very well probably has to do with the foundation work completed by Ohio Basement Authority. Still no solution and Basement Authority has stopped reaching out, I paid out of pocket to have my downspouts tested to make sure they weren't backing up into the basement, surprise, they weren't. Ohio Basement Authority has offered no so l viable solutions to fix their errors that leave my basement routinely flooded even with the lightest of precipitation. On top of that when they installed a dehumidifier, they ran the tubing into the HVAC basin, the unit is so far away that it falls out of the basement and soaks the basement floor. The problems that I've had since entrusting Ohio Basement Authority with my house repair work are never ending. From the initial inspection where they tried to bait and switch the price of the work, to their district representative being dismissive of my concerns, I'm left with a huge mess and very little solutions. Thank you Ohio Basement Authority for making a bad circumstance worse. Couldn't humanely recommend Ohio Basement Authority any less. Would give negative stars if possible. This reviews feels strange to write in that I have had many issues with upper management and getting things scheduled, however the crews that come out to do the labor are always polite and get stuff done. Most recently our foreman, Joseph Schulte, and his crew members, John Ramsey Jr. and Cody Caruth, were all great and left us happy with their work. The first time they came right out and dug more canals. Didn't solve the problem. Now every time we call they take longer and longer to come out to honor their warranty. Had them come out for a quote. High pressure sales but we caved as the sales lady was really nice and signed. Had second thoughts as it was a high pressure sales situation, and reached out to the sales lady, she came out a second time, addressed my concerns and questions, and updated the work order to add a woodwork project of sistering a joist and removed the permit fee as the job did not need a permit. They called to confirm the date they were coming out to do the job and I specifically asked for them to confirm that BOTH the waterproofing and woodwork was going to be completed that day, she paused, and told me yes, the job will be completed on Monday. Monday comes, they leave with incomplete job and request payment for the updated amount, so they had the correct updated order on hand. Part of the job included "remove and replace" the steps to the basement as they are in the corner. They dismantled the steps and did not replace them. I had 1/2 a set of stairs to my basement, just hanging there. Tuesday I reach out to GM Clayton and he tells me he will be in touch. Over 24 hours later I complete the "How did we do?" job completed survey, and I get a call from Clayton. They are coming out the following Monday to complete the job. Monday comes, they still do not finish the job and hire a subcontractor to finish the work. Literally had a different contractor come out and give Clayton a quote for the job in my home on Monday. He returned Tuesday morning to finish his job. He did a HORRIBLE job replacing the steps that were removed. Once I was FINALLY able to see the work in the basement, the workmanship is total crap. Clayton says they are coming out next Monday to repair the work but I am really disappointed with the whole situation. I will be seeking legal council about them breaching the contract, and seeking a refund for the inconvenience and stress of this due to their negligence. read more

My house in Chagrin Falls is over 100 years old so not surprising that we had a water issue in our basement. After completing their initial remediation job we did have some small puddles on the floor after a heavy rain. Greg and Bennie came out 2 times to get the problem completely fixed. Bennie even came a 3rd time but found that the small amount of water was from a leaking shower drain in the main floor bathroom and then recommended a plumber to fix this unrelated issue. OBS stayed with the fix all throughout until the remediation was done. Highly recommended! read more

Hiring Ohio Basement Systems "OBS" was one of the worst decisions in my life. They have been holding me in their contract for about 5 month now since May 2023. Within that time I spoke with entire management team was trying to resolve this issue. I observed, researched and there are some concerning red flags on how they run their business. 1. Contractor OBS states on business cards and advertisements "Certified Field Inspector" but their inspectors are not certified or licensed by licensing agency, as I was told by the management when I wanted to file a complaint for improper inspection. 2. Insisting to make a decision on the spot, and not properly explaining the contract. Their representative rushed through 7 page contract. Did not explain what Arbitration was and what rights we are giving up by signing a contract with them. Consumers should be informed about things like that. 3. Ohio Basement Systems did not obtain permits. When I asked why they did not obtain permits, management told me that they don't need permits. I went to city building department 3 times and personally spoke with city building department inspectors, I showed them pictures and was told that permits were required but they did not obtain permits. 4. Shoddy work, not to building code standards. Not proper depth for installation or procedure for installing PVC pipes (3 feet deep minimum required with proper slope). They don't use PVC primer before connecting PVC pipes. Using PVC primer before cement avoids premature failure of the joint and is required by most building department codes. Primer usually colored in purple or red and let's building inspector know where it was applied. 5. Since May 2023, upon multiple remarks that they did not secure jobsite and left exposure to an injury as sharp steel wires sticking out. No respect to my family's safety or our property. 6. They billed me for incomplete work and they claim threes owed balance by me. 7. They use "Non-Disparaging Requirement" in consumer "Release of Contract". In short it prohibits me from writing negative reviews on social media or filing complaints with any agency for disciplinary matters. These types of actions are prohibited by Federal Trades Commission as it violates Consumer Review Fairness Act. 8. "Release of Contract Agreement" contains claims where they state that they did obtain all permits and work was done with inspections and up to industry standards and they deny any wrongdoings. They want me to sign and agree. Which is not true and I refused to sign or agree. We didn't know trades how permits work and what the standards are. We hired and trusted Ohio Basement Systems to be professional but they took advantage of that. I demanded written apology to my family from their management and my deposit refund back. Instead I was contacted by their attorney from Groundworks Operations, LLC corporate office. He demands my signature on "Contract Release Agreement" with these unreasonable demands "Non - Disparaging Requirement" and untruthful statements in "Contract Release". They have no jurisdiction to impose any restrictions to post, comment, speak or file a complaint. Please refund my deposit back I do not wish to continue any business with you. read more

Mr. Brown performed rather thorough leveling measurements of my house. He also presented a detailed analysis of his findings regarding our foundation and footing issues. Although the overall estimate was somewhat shocking, it provided enough rationale for necessity of peering versus foam leveling in our case. We opted for a longer term solution with OBA. read more

Extremely disappointed. For 20k I expected better. First the crew didn't arrive until 2pm when they sent me a reminder call 3 days before when they said they would be there at 8am. They did call me twice the day of to let me know they would be running late. We didn't know there was a cost for drywall removal until the crew showed up to start work. That was an additional $2,800 we were not expecting. Originally they were supposed to go around the bathroom but when the crew showed up and said they couldn't and wanted to tear up my bathroom, boy am I glad they didn't now!! They told me at 3:30pm that the water line needed moved by the following day so they could install the carbon fiber straps. Had I had more notice I would have been able to get my plumber out, and not get ripped off by the plumber that was able to come out the next day to fit their schedule. That was an additional $2,900 that we were not expecting. The crew disconnected the utility tub which I knew they had too, and then they didn't shut the water line off all the way so when they left for the day it was dripping and I could hear the plip plip as soon as I walked into the basement. The crew left on day 2 and left a giant hole under my basement door for any animal to crawl in that wanted to. I had to cover it overnight myself. The crew did not sweep my driveway on day 2, and I found several nails left in my driveway. When the crew made concrete they didn't shut off my garden hose and it was dripping overnight until I caught it the next day. I put several things in my basement closet that I didn't want to get dusty, and the crew left the basement closet open all week so everything in my closet is dusty now when they had to reason to even open the closet to begin with. They installed the carbon fiber straps and didn't fill all the cracks under the wall where they put the straps. I have been trying to get them back out to fix it for over a week now without any luck. There are also 3 cracks in the concrete that I want to them to fix but also haven't heard back about that yet either. read more

Needed foundation work. Salesman said we needed to replace a standard window well with an oblong one for access. Paid $1,800. (Gave us an estimate for $4,600 for the whole job) First installer removed old one and INSTALLED THE EXACT SAME THING! Salesman blamed his poor communication with installer. The next 2 installers' Sawsall broke halfway through (they asked me if I had one). They tried cutting it with a grinder. The install looked like someone used a hatchet. Salesman came back and tried to use the window well, but apologized saying, "I'm embarrassed but I'm too fat to get through there. I'll send someone else." Weeks later, he did. The 1st rain flooded the opening with mud and gravel. The THIRD 2 installers tore it out and re-installed another one, but did so too low, so when it now rains, it floods. A cover was supposed to be included, but "didn't come in." When it did, we were were told it was broken and had to be re-ordered. So...3 months, 5 installers and 15 hours of labor for one window well. I will give them credit it for nerve though. They actually called me months later and asked if I still wanted to go ahead with the project! I had a building contractor complete the job, but still have to have the window well torn out and installed properly. read more

We had our basement waterproofed June 6, 2022 and have had zero problems since. Our installers Zac and Alec were fantastic to work with. They really went above and beyond to get our basement done in the allowed time. Just today we had our first annual inspection done. Alex Detloff was our inspector. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, friendly and just an all around great guy. He is a definite asset to the company!!!! With every person who has shown up to our home from the initial salesman Adam, to the installers, to our inspector today - They have all been great! This is a company I highly recommend and will continue to recommend to family, friends, co-workers, and the general public. read more

My husband, Greg Robertson, and I originally spoke to an Ohio Basement Systems employee, Benny Hinkle on 11/14/2023 to come and look at our basement wall to discuss waterproofing. He went in the basement and saw that we had a wall brace installed. He explained to us that the wall brace was improperly installed and not working as it should. He also went through the steps that should have been taken by the company to properly install it and put blue tape on the walls where four braces should have been placed (and we only had two). He also mentioned that it was not helping for the last 5 years. We had this brace installed in November of 2018 by Ohio Basement Systems and our contact at the time was Charles Iafalice. I personally called Benny Hinkle on 11/15/2023 to inform him that I had all of the paperwork, contract and warranty for the brace installed by Ohio Basement Systems. He said, "Great! Send me the contract for the warranty and I will escalate it to my supervisors." That is what we did and Benny never called us back, nor did we hear from a supervisor from the company. On 12/20/2024 I called Ohio Basement Systems and spoke to an employee, Lynn, who said there were no notes from Benny about the defective brace and no notes about Benny coming to our home in November and the only notes that were in the system were from the 2018 install. She informed me that she would reach out to Mr. Hinkle to call us. Due to the holidays, we waited until the New Year and called on 1/10/2024. My husband spoke to an employee, Adrena about the situation and she looked up our information and stated, "There are no notes in the system, except for your brace install in 2018." She explained she would contact Mr. Hinkle. On 1/16/2024 after not hearing from anyone my husband called again and spoke to an employee, Lynn, who said she would immediately email Benny Hinkle to contact us. On 1/17/2024 I personally texted Benny Hinkle regarding all of our calls and did not hear back. On 1/20/2024 my husband called Ohio Basement Systems and spoke to and employee, Joseph, who said there were no notes in the system except for the wall installation. Greg then received the number for Rocco, called him and Rocco explained that he would personally call Benny and get back to us. He did not. We decided to give them some time to contact us. Mark Beamer and Chris Coulbourne were so transparent and honest throughout the process of lifting my mom's (badly sunken) driveway and garage. We are now about four months out after the work was complete and it has stayed very secure and looks wonderful. Avoid this company at ALL costs. Failed system all of a sudden has no warranty. Strung along for over a month with promises of a workable solution. Dug holes, then filled them. All of a sudden that solution is not viable. Now they are trying to connect the main discharge to the back up pump which pumps to the back yard. Now you can sink to your ankes in the mud in the back yard. The left hand does not know what the right is doing. Absolutely are a terrible company. ​ read more

In late October of last year we contacted them to talk about our basement being waterproofed. Nice guy came out and assured us that our waterproofing and the rebuilding of our downstairs bathroom would be a 3 day job. Then it was decided that the job couldn't really be started until after we came back from vacation, which would be the second week of November. Nov 11th they came out and started the job and within 3 days it was done (not consecutive days). When they were finished we had a bathroom shower stall that needed to be reattached to the wall plus a sink that still needed connected and mounted and walls that need to be re-painted and an electrical outlet that need to be put back in. The plumbers came out and reattached the shower head without securing the shower stall to the wall, so it moved when you tried to shower. Then one of the guys we worked with came out and painted the walls. Christmas and New Years came (even though after our initial concerns about when the job we were told for sure this would be completed by Christmas. Finally a second plumber came out and grouted the shower stall . This after our renter tried to shower and flooded our basement because it wasn't done properly the first time. Finally yesterday the electricians came out and put the electrical box back in. so a 3 day job turned into the better part of 75 days before the bathroom was functional again. In short they cant keep their promises and I could never recommend them to anyone friend or foe. read more

Ohio Basement Systems were super professional, courteous, price effective and friendly. Darin DeRosa not only explained things plainly but did not try to shove extra services down our throat. We needed a portion of the sill plate replaced due to rot. He was also very patient, knowing we were going through a refinance. The crew that came out to do the work were running a little late but they did let us know, which was great. They did great work, were friendly and cleaned up after the job was done! I called Kevin T. (field rep and sales guy) on Tuesday 04/02/24 at 330-810-1584 to inform him that my basement flooded due to the heavy rains. I was informed back in September that once my home was waterproofed by OBS, that I should not ever have the flooding issue again. Well, I did. I also contacted the Ohio Basement Office number at 330-425-0797 and sent emails on the site. I explained that my basement had flooded and I just had my home waterproofed October 23, 2023, not even six months ago. I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and was put on a 20 minute hold and no one ever returned back to the phone. I hung up after waiting that long. That was a ridiculous wait time. I then texted that to the auto-text number with screenshots of the call log. I was scheduled for someone to come out Wednesday 4/3/24 at 1 p.m. Once the service guy, Brian arrived at my home, he promptly began his investigations and ran series of trouble shooting tests to rule out possibilities of the problem. He explained that he was flushing green dye through the pipes to see if they were visible in the manhole drains a couple of doors down using water. He checked the inside and outside. There was also a drain installed in my backyard to drain water out of the yard and away from my property. This drain does not seem to have worked since it was installed. Water stands in the drain and the backyard is just as drenched and muddy, if not more, as it was before the drain, and now other areas of the backyard pool and hold water. Caleb and team came out in the beginning of January, checked the drain, flushed water through and reported that the water was going through as it should. There was still standing water in the drain. Brian checked, flushed and observed this same drain Wednesday and he stated it goes through, but, it doesn't appear to be working as it should. Yesterday, as Brian continued troubleshooting, he ran more water using the front water hose, and at the conclusion of his visit he found where the water was coming into the house. There was a section in the front of my house about six feet over from the front lower level window, that had not been waterproofed. On the inside, in the area sits my hot water tank, so the waterproofing job was stopped just before that section on the inside and the outside of the home and that is where the water was entering into my home. I was told that the area outside should have been waterproofed as well and it was not. Brian informed me that someone would be in touch in the morning to schedule completion of the job very soon. It is now 11:45, Thursday 4/4/24 and I have not heard from anyone. I do hope that this can be completed before we receive anymore rain so that this water is not continually leaking into my home. There has been quite a few "issues" surrounding the completion of this job since the beginning. I was informed that all work would be completed in one day and the following day if needed would be used for completion. It took longer than the two days for the total job completion. At the end of the installation job, I still had to make phone calls to sales rep. Kevin T. and inform him that the electrical panel had not been installed. The electrician came the following week cut into the wall unevenly and installed the additional electrical panel, leaving a not so nice broken patches of drywall around the panel and in the ceiling of my wall. Now here I am wet vaccing and trying to clean up wet destroyed carpet, wooden furniture warped from sitting on wet carpet, water under my hot water tank and furnace. I believe there should be some type of discount given, or money refunded as compensation to help cover these costs by a professional company and possibly even replace furniture and or appliances, such as the hot water tank, furnace, washer and or dryer. As this should not have happened if the job was completed properly. The total cost of this job I paid was $16,725.66 all paid in full. This is no chump change. I am still repaying my financed amount. It is a lot of money and I'd expect, as I'm sure anyone would, to have the quality of the job promised. If a shoddy or incomplete job was conducted, it should be corrected and there should be some compensation to help with the additional costs the consumer has to pay, to correct the damage that should not have occurred after the job I paid for. I do hope that management will consider discounting the job and at least refunding the financed $6700.00. I am reaching out to request these things without going through any additional outside sources. If I do not get a prompt response I will have no choice but to take further action. I am trying to get the situation corrected before any further damage to my property from the incomplete job. I called twice today and spoke with Johnathan who gave me an email address for Chadd Carr.
