We talked to different local roofing companies to resolve this and most of them seemed to just offer a simple patch without really knowing what was causing the leak. Dr. Roof was honest up front about the extent of the damage so we went with a full reroof on the front side of our house. You never know what is underneath until you rip it off. The damage was much more extensive then the other companies were claiming and if we did not go with Dr. Roof's suggestion, we would have still had an issue but just threw $1000's down the drain. So, their assessment was spot on with the issue. Now, the work. Their team was so professional and great to work with. I highly recommend them!
