I hired Your Castle Fence on 6/29. I paid 2/3 up front for…read morethe work. It took him 3 weeks to get the posts set. I had to call him back as he had 2 of the 3 drive through gates in the wrong place. He came out and I showed him again where I wanted the gates. I didn't hear from him for week and a half. I called again then he came back and moved them. A day later he put part of the top rail in then I didn't hear from him. After a week and a half of the fence not being touched I fired him and threatened legal action. He called me on 9/9 and asked if he could finish the fence and it was mostly completed on 9/10 as there were suppose to be 4 gates (3 drive and 1 walk through) only 3 of them were installed. The only reason he is getting 1 star is because I can't give less than that. The lack of communication, poor customer service, complete lack of any professional standards at all leads me to say I would under no circumstances recommend Your Castle Fence co to even my worst enemy.

Because our fence had been badly damaged by storms and was falling on our neighbor's house, Frank Pelt promised to start the work on either Feb. 26 or by March 1, 2021 at the latest. He has never shown up. Since then, we have called Frank several times and stopped by his business and left a note asking for either the status of our project or the return of our deposit. He has not responded and instead we found out that he blocked our phone number when we tried to call on March 14.

While they are based out of South Bend, they were able to complete the job in Ocean Park in two and half days. He has a good crew, that was very knowledgeable, skilled, professional, polite, respectful and hardworking. They are factory certified roofers for Malarkey and GAF roofing. They did a professional job, cleaning up meticulously after the job. Shane always answered the phone and was very responsive. Shane's company is licensed, bonded and insured. I hired Driving Force Construction (Kelly Lenz) to install new flooring in my house. After some…read morediscussion, I decided to hire them to do a complete remodel. The flooring was installed well, though it wasn't the product that I wanted. Then they painted the house without covering the floors. The result is paint-splotched flooring. They demolished the kitchen and bathroom. Then, 9 weeks after starting a 3 week job, they packed up their tools and personal effects and left. I paid them 22,000.00 up front for materials, most of which never showed up. In total I paid them 43,700.00 only to be left with no working bathroom, kitchen or heat. I am now paying another contractor to clean up their mess and finish the job. Kelly also failed to pay her subcontractors so I am paying them now. Beware of Kelly Lenz and Driving Force Construction. I trusted them..don't make the same mistake.
