There is a Dickies BBQ on site, but that is just a chain. I noticed when I walked past to the restrooms that there was a window to the kitchen and a hand kept reloading the foil wrapped burritos into angled shoots full of goodness. There were three of us so my hubby snagged a chicken, steak and a bean & cheese. We got back in the car and headed on our way. I had the steak, he had the chicken and my sis-in-law had the bean & cheese. Mine had grilled pieces of steak, beans, cheese and chunks of potato. It had a great kick of green chile that let you know that Hatch was nearby. My husband took a bite of his and let out a "Woooo!" There was some heat rocking in his burrito. He asked his sis if she would like a trade and she did. (I wasn't giving mine up) She took breaks between bites to let the heat dissipate. That was legit! The bean and cheese was delicious as well. I pulled up 40 minutes before they were supposed to close to get gas and use the restroom. Put my credit card into the pump got it started and ran it. I also need to clean my windshield but unfortunately there were no cleaning wands available. I asked the guy working there who was completely dis-interested in his job if they had any and he said he had already put them away for the night and as they were closing soon even though they still had 40 minutes and I couldn't see a thing out of my windshield Luckily the expensive pump was so slow that it only put 12 dollars worth of gas into my car in 5 minutes, so I just pulled the pump out and went down the street to a much better gas station.

The Jimmy Dean sausage was perfect, I just wanted more of it. The only thing I was slightly put off by was the biscuits and Gravy. The biscuits were very dry even with the Gravy. HOWEVER, everything else was superb so it made up for it.
