I have been coming here since OCTOBER2021 and I have 19 vehicles I bring here for OIL CHANGES and Tire repairs. They have a great team at the desk and all of them are friendly. Rebecca, Amber and Johnny are very helpful and the staff in the shop are awesome as well. They can be trusted and are super honest with you, they are not here to charge you. They truly do your alignments and change your oil and I have witnessed it. One thing I care for is you dont have to have an appt to get tires, its first come and first serve. We were driving from Los Angeles CA to Atlanta, GA, hauling instruments for an Academy Music Tour when we had a blowout that also did damage to our radiator lines and a couple other things. We were on the side of the road for a few hours when the tow truck arrived to tow us. Based on his recommendation he towed us here. After explaining our plight they agreed to stay a little past closing and take a look. They put on the spare and patched us up enough to get on the road and make our deadline. These guys are awesome! I left Phoenix, AZ traveling back home to Austin, TX under some high stress and once I got into NM I noticed that my truck was so out of alignment that my front driver side tire was wearing at a rate that would have probably not made it home. It seemed as if no one was going to be able to help me that day (Saturday before Labor Day) after stopping at 2 exits before this one, and a total of about 10 places (the last 3 all referred Tinley Tee). I arrived around noon and was told that they couldn't get me on the rack until 4, which was ok because it was my only option at that point and I would rather be safe than sorry, although I was extremely anxious to get home. They were aware of my situation and ended up getting me back on the road shortly after 2, so they definitely made some things happen for me. I myself am a business owner and I run my business the same way, which is to simply accommodate accordingly and make things happen to take care of your customers.. at the expense of your own energy and a little extra effort (care). Although I never felt entitled to this or expected anything, they just did it and that speaks volumes because most people just don't run businesses like this anymore. Not to mention the fact that the odds of me needing this specific service in that area again is very slim to where I would have been a potential repeat customer. Great businesses are simply run by great people. I could have probably condensed this down but all details included are important. I have been traveling in an RV, looking for a place to get an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to fit me in, changed the oil, checked the fluids, and rotated the tires within an hour of me walking in the door. The charge was reasonable, and I trusted the work. They were very accommodating and polite. As an added bonus, they did not try to upsell me a ton of add ins the way chain oil change places do. If I lived nearby, I would use theem the regularly. Incredible! We came to Deming to check out a car we were considering buying and brought it to them based on a referral of them being honest and reliable. The mechanic spent time talking with us about the car, drove it and even put it on the lift to check it out. Then he refused to take any payment. We weren't going to be customers but he was doing it for the community, because it was a good thing to do - and the right thing to do. Went in to have a 30,000 mile service, bike stayed a week, when I got it back, and rode home 40+ miles away only to get there and my rear tire went flat, valve stem nut come loose, valve core was loose as well, and the primary was leaking from cover and the plug, went back to shop few days later, only to have mechanic, admit to being in a hurry and not doing tire right, also said my drain valve was stripped and someone replaced with regular bolt, something he failed to mention with the initial changing of the oil, so he had to have stripped it, it never leaked before... Tried talking to owner only to be dismissed a couple of times. Now it will take twice what I paid for the initial service to fix my bike that I could ride before I took it there and now cannot... Don't use there Motorcycle Mechanic, not trustworthy, and the customer service well that is not so great either....I just want my bike like it was..... read more
