We took our Ford F-250 in for a checkup and it turned out to be transmission fluid. They refilled the transmission and no leak could be detected. We used the truck all day and returned to have the transmission fluid checked that afternoon and it was still good. Auto Tech gave us two quarts of fluid to take with us and would not let me pay them for them. They are very good people and I highly recommend them.

So when I needed tires I really had no choice but to bring my business here. Richard Villa. I believe is the store manager and assisted me with my $3,000 purchase. He was very snake like, mumbled alot and couldn't look at you in the eyes as you signed your contract. He was not very friendly and rushed us in and out of the building. Now comes the bi weekly payments. I had told them I would come in person to pay every other saturday when I got paid. Did they listen? Nope! Every friday they would try and withdraw funds from my bank account.I would get a phone call saying my payment didn't go through. I had to repeat myself til I was blue in the face that of course it didn't go through because I did not get paid until Sat! I finally gave in to automatic payments because they would take the payment anyways and I would pay in person and I would have to wait 5 days until I got my money back from the bank. Fast forward to yesterday. I met a rent a wheel employee. I go on to tell him how horrible my experience has been with his company. He tells me that the store manager talks crap about his customers.
