Best sushi in Bruce county. Go here every week. Wait staff are very hospitable and friendly. Owner is very friendly and cares that quality and experience is kept to high standards. Sushi chefs do a fantastic job at presenting the different sushi arrangements and ingredients are always fresh. You can taste the ocean in some of the sushi, it is wonderful.

Delicious food and lovely presentation made this a great dining experience. Our host was attentive and welcoming. Our party of four enjoyed a variety of sushi rolls including the Kincardine, Spider, Golden Dragon, rainbow rolls. We also enjoyed edamame to start and Hamachi on the side. Overall a great dining experience.

Favorite place in kincardine! Fresh fish and good combos. Sushi is very good. Staff is very nice if sometimes over worked.

Everyone was incredibly kind, and the food was more plentiful than we expected. We assumed we'd be getting our orders only (tuna poke bowl, beef bulgogi, and chicken katsu) but you also get soup and salad before your meal, and a scoop of lemon sorbet after. Similar to what you experience at a hibachi restaurant in the states, only a better variety, and quality of food. It's a shame we're not local, I'd really enjoy the free healthcare, and earning at this restaurant on the regular. Thanks for a wonderful meal.

We are former foodies. Prior to the pandemic we ate out a lot and frequented lots of neat holes in the wall as well as Michelin three star places, but post pandemic we are more of a Good Food box at home trio. I picked this up after working a shift in The Meaford ER on Family day weekend and it was really great. The Gimbap roles were neat, the tempura was still crisp even after my drive home of twenty minutes. We enjoyed the variety and the staff was so pleasant and helpful. We will definitely order again.

They still do 10% cash discount and we got the large Korean boneless fried chicken, half house crispy and spicy chicken and half honey garlic. We went because we've been watching a Korean food show and had the desire to try it. Service was fast and friendly, we went with the pork thingy with cheese around the edge (we honestly thought it was rice until it arrived!) It could well have fed 3 of us as there was so much food. We throughly enjoyed it, including the three little side dishes you get. (Including the rice). Some people say there's too much oil, I can see why, but to me that's part of the dish and culture. If it's not for you don't go back, but we certainly will.

Let's start with the good. Huuuuge Boa's! Easily the biggest I've ever seen. The bun is as good as they come, pillowy soft, yet strong enough to hold all of the ingredients that make up these massive sandwiches. Now as far as the food itself, well, disappointing to say the least. I tried the chicken katsu, crackle belly, and Seoul beef. All were technically flawed in various ways. The chicken katsu was the more enjoyable of the bunch, great on breading and flavor, but the chicken itself was tough and on dry side. The amount of beef in the Seoul beef is beyond generous, and actually tasty. But the kimchi does absolutely nothing to add to this. As far as the crackle belly? My oh my. Pork belly is my thing. I've had more than I could count. None as bad as this. The name crackle implies crispy. This cut of pork was so tough and overcooked with little to no fat, that i started to question if it was even ever from the belly itself. Surely this could not be the norm at boa sandwich bar. Maybe a bad day at the office? I would certainly hope so, because even with mild expectations, Bao sandwich bar falls waaaay short.
