The amount of beef in the Seoul beef is beyond generous, and actually tasty. But the kimchi does absolutely nothing to add to this. As far as the crackle belly? My oh my. Pork belly is my thing. I've had more than I could count. None as bad as this. The name crackle implies crispy. This cut of pork was so tough and overcooked with little to no fat, that i started to question if it was even ever from the belly itself. Surely this could not be the norm at boa sandwich bar.
