These old fashioned candy and ice cream shops seem increasingly rare these days and there's something quite special about them. They make their own ice cream, sauces and toppings, and the chocolate/fudge in the candy cases. We had a blast and will certainly return.

The sauces are all homemade and in my opinion, they're really the star of the show. The staff are always friendly and efficient, willing to make modifications so that you can craft the ice cream of your dreams. Worth noting is the very silly water station near the front door. Condrell's has always served tiny glasses of water, which is now offered in Dixie cups that you fill yourself. If you're trying to stay super hydrated these baby sized cups aren't going to meet your needs, but I have come to expect them and think they add to the charm of the venue.
