I had a 18th Birthday party for my son and rented the audio guest book. I corresponded with Kaitlin owner/operator and she responded to every e-mail and assisted me with renting her audio book. Day of the party I read the instructions and set up the phone. A cousin of mine later on informed me that he thought the phone was not working. There were over 150 guests and most of them had left a voice mail already. I then grabbed the phone and left my son a voice mail as well. I e-mailed Kaitlin and told her we thought something was wrong with the phone and if it had worked. When the phone was sent back they created a audio and I forwarded it to my son so he could be the first to hear the messages. He only heard my cousin say I'm not sure if this thing is working and it cut. When I e-mailed Kaitlin back she said she in fact heard that and she was sorry. She was not sure what happened. I can't get that moment back or the messages left for my son. I was totally upset about the whole situation. I thought Kaitlin would react differently. I was never offered a refund or any compensation. This party was end of January and I had corresponded with her back then. I recently found a draft that I had hit completed and sent it off. Yes it has been months but the feelings remain the same. Don't let this happen to you!
