Similar to the only other reviewer, AKS never attempted to contact us about 2 pieces of our luggage that were delayed by a combination of United Airlines and Swiss Air. The form Swiss Airlines provided said to expect an email or call from the courier. Not only did we never receive any contact, they do not answer calls. We had Apple AirTags in each piece of luggage and would see luggage leave their shop, drive around all day and return later to the shop. This happened for 5, FIVE, days. If nothing else, each piece of luggage had our contact information on it. If the courier had at least looked at that and called us while they were out for delivery, there would have been no problem. But, it was a problem and created a horrible cloud over our 50 year wedding anniversary trip to Switzerland. I'm shocked this in only the 2nd review of them but not surprised the only other review was equally negative. And guess what AKS, I shared all of this with Swiss Air, so I hope your days are numbered, for the sake of other potential victims out there to your ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE....I just can't use the word "service". read more
